EVO is a rising student housing community in Montreal. Its goal is to support its residents throughout their school years by providing a barrier-free and inclusive living space. Opening its new location, in the Read building, EVO’s residence offers 26 rooms (single and double occupancy) and several amenities, such as a gym, laundry room, game room, and more. Incorporating the city’s culture and history, the interior design includes a functional layout as well as visually pleasing spaces.

SOL is a residential project that focuses on offering residential properties to clients who are looking to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. Our residential condo is the right place for young professionals, families, and retired individuals. In addition to offering a luxurious lifestyle, we aim to promote a healthy and eco-friendly environment for our tenants.
