1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Bon café is a coffee shop that is positioned in the AB Fernandez East Avenue, Downtown District, Dagupan City, and Pangasinan. It was located near the St. Joseph Cathedral, Park, Malimgas Market, and different malls including CSI Square and Magic. The excellent location will bring more costumers to the coffee shop. Bon café will provide a friendly, comfortable, and clean environment where the customers will receive a quality food and beverages that is made healthy and nutritious at a reasonable price. The menu will include different variety of foods and beverages of choices of the costumers. Hot and Cold beverages will be offered, healthy pastries that will be served in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Coffee shop only serves coffee products that are locally produce to promote the Philippine products and stand out from different fast food chains, commercial coffee shops, and restaurants. The café is subdivided into different themes to match the taste of the costumers so they will enjoy their environment and come back again.

1.1 BUSINESS OBJECTIVES The goal of the business is to increase the revenue of the coffee shop, to ensure the commitment and loyalty of employees and customers, and to be the best coffee shop in the Philippines.

1.2 MISSION STATEMENT The Bon Café aims to promote joy and healthy society while maintaining the premium quality that is associated with the products and services. The café will build an atmosphere to create a new one and flourish relationship with the customers, employees and products which as the right ingredient for success. Bon Café delivers what is beyond expectations and at a reasonable price.

1.3 TARGET MARKET The Bon Café will serve every individual who wants to have a sip of coffee or any food and beverages offered by the coffee shop. Local residents will be one of our main priorities. Since the location of the Coffee shop is near the commercial places, it means that one of our main clients will be the professionals who want to have a rest for a while from their work. Next are the college students who finds coffee shops convenient place for studying and meeting. Also, tourists who have take visit in Dagupan may also consider to visiting the café and the other customers include the students, kids, and etc.

2.0 COMPANY BACKGROUND Bon café is a coffee shop that is founded in year 2011 that is located in AB Fernandez East Avenue, Downtown District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. It provides premium quality of products and services. The name Bon Café is a French word that means good coffee because this coffee shop only serves nutritious, clean, and fresh foods and beverages. Bon Café serves hot and cold beverages, healthy and tasty sandwiches, salads, desserts, cupcakes, and others. It operates from Mondays to Sundays from 6 o’clock in the morning until 10 o’clock in the evening.

2.1 OWNERSHIP The café is a partnership owned by three partners Sabo, Ace, and Lufffy. They were a successful entrepreneur and restaurateurs having a lot of experience with regards to the business. The three entrepreneurs are known as avid drinkers of coffee. Their passion in coffee brought them the idea to form a coffee shop.

The bon café will be located in AB Fernandez East Avenue, Downtown District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan near the St. Joseph Cathedral, Malimgas Market, and Different commercial places.

2.3 FACILITIES The place of the café is owned by the three entrepreneurs. It is 1,500 square meters which consists of two bathrooms and 15 tables and 20 chairs distributed randomly it also includes 200 square meters for the office and 300 square meters for the kitchen. The interior design consists of different themes to match the different taste of the costumers. The dishes and utensils are also bought locally that has a modern touch. The building is constructed with a modern touch. There are also available chairs and tables outside the café. The café is secured by cctv inside and outside the shop.

Page |6 The menu of the café is made sure that it is healthy and delicious. The café offers hot beverages such as Coffee and teas and other related drinks such as lattes, cappuccino, mochas, and etc. Also, Cold beverages are offered such as Frappuccino, Fruit Juices and smoothies. Pastries such as cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, breads can be bought. These foods and beverages are made daily from fresh and healthy ingredients that are directly and daily supplied. Bon café is employed with the best chef to craft the ingredients in every food and beverages to give the meal the healthiest way ever. 3.2 SERVICES DESCRIPTION Bon Café does serves with a joy. The café does not only ensure the highest quality for the products offered but also for the services that will be given to the costumers. To ensure the quality we café employed Nice, Approachable, and Presentable staff and Trained, educated and qualified employees. The coffee shop also has hotlines and websites for costumer’s feedback and suggestions for the café.

3.3 PRODUCT AND SERVICES SOURCING Ingredients included in the menu of Bon Café are bought locally in the Philippines. Apo Valley LLC is the direct supplier of coffee beans used by the café. It is found in Kidapawan City. The café have maintains a good relationship with the supplier in which it gets discount from the supplier from the product being purchase. Chefs and baristas are highly trained and educated which is made sure that done through the lot of experience and trainings.

4.0 COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE The Bon Café is apart with some of the known coffee shops here in Dagupan. 

Healthy and nutritious menu. The café offer Food and Beverages with low calorie, low carbs, and no sugar so every costumer will enjoy eating without thinking about their diet. The café have all organic and natural ingredients in production of the café’s food.

Premium Quality Products and services. Provide an exceptional products and services that will linger costumer to return. Ingredients are delivered daily so Bon café is assured that the café serves the best. Different Programs and trainings for employees to ensure the best food and services are produced for long term. Bon café maintains quality service and customers are our primary concern.

Location. Bon Café’s location gives the shop a wide range of customers. It is surrounded by churches, schools, markets and different establishments that is crowded so many people can enjoy the shop’s food and drinks.

Marketing Strategies. Online and offline advertisements are made to reach out different class of people. It is also convenient for the café because it receives feedbacks from customers through these media.

Café environment. Coffee shop that is attractive and designed for efficient and effective production of food and services. It also has a warm feeling that people will like and enjoy.

Prices are cheap. There are no added cost paid for the recipes used because it is locally produced, so the price will be based on the ability of the customers to pay. It is also one of the reasons why customers come back in the café.

Online Promotion. The Bon café will be advertised to different social medias such as Facebook, instagram, and twitter. This is a cost effective way of promoting the coffee shop that can reach every citizen with different places, ages, and etc. The bon café also has a website which will provide information about the café, the menu, their feedbacks and suggestions for the coffee shop.

Offline Promotion Radio advertisement will also be used to promote the café. Brochures and tarpaulins are distributed in and out the city so everyone will notice and try Bon Café.

5.2 EXIT PLAN If an event will happened to the bon café all its assets will be sold.
