Learn the basics of mushroom cultivation and enjoy a guided hike at Owl’s Hill Nature Sanctuary (545 Beech Creek Road, Brentwood) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. They will cover log selection, timing, spore selection, inoculation methods, care of the logs, harvesting and storage of the mushrooms.
