A fun, animal-themed class for kids under 18. This yoga session will encourage focus, self-awareness and practice balance and coordination. Bring a yoga mat and introduce your child to the joy of yoga.

12.00 -12.45: CBD and Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Pick Flowerz and Stephannie Bermudez

Learn about the relaxing effects of CBD, try samples and enjoy a chilled out 30-minute Vinyasa flow session. This class will cater to all abilities and focus on gentle movement, so it’s perfect for beginners. Bring your own mat and stretch it out!

Join Flourish Meditation for an all-level guided meditation and discussion and explore what intentional, personal rest and reconnection can do for your body, your mind, your breath, and your soul.

2.00 - 2.45: Mindfulness, Rosa Castano

Following an interactive discussion on stress, triggers and boundaries, attendees will enjoy a Mindfulness Meditation experience to relax and calm down their minds and bodies.

3.00 - 3.30 Family Fit Games - with Elyse & Chris Miller

Get ready to blast off into space, scramble away from molten lava, and watch out for falling bridges!.. as we expand our imagination and fitness. This fun session uses flash cards to determine which exercise game we will play next. It’s designed to get the entire family up and moving. We will have you sweating, laughing and enjoying each other. We will prove that fitness can be fun for all ages!
