TO AVOID COMPARING

... focus on your child

Kids don’t all learn how to sit up or walk or talk on the same day. Every child hits milestones at different times and that’s OK.

.. limit your social media

Scrolling on your feed or other people’s feeds leads to toxic comparisons. Avoid that trap with awareness of how it makes you feel.

... celebrate successes

Dial in to what your child can do and celebrate that.

... be kind to yourself and teach your kids to be kind to themselves

Because all of you are enough.
