Pineapple UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, large 1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt 1 Cooking Spray 1 Can Pineapple Rings 12 tbsp unslated Butter 8 Maraschino cherries

INSTRUCTIONS

• Heat the oven and prepare the pan. • Melt the butter and sugar for thetopping. • Pour the sugar mixture into into the baking pan. • Arrange pineapple slices and cherries in the cake pan. • Whisk together the dry cake ingredients. • Cream the sugar and butter together with a mixer, then add the eggs. • Cool the cake for 10 minutes and then invert the cake onto a serving plate. 36 DAZZLE
