EXHIBIT 03: CELEBRATING SUCCESS IN LAKE LURE

New boat slips and the accompanying boardwalk at the Lake Lure Marina have provided for a new functional connection between the marina and beach area. The cost of this infrastructure improvement was approximately $1 million, which has been offset by new revenues from rental boat slips and a $100,000 contribution from the RCTDA.
