La luna es la luz de nuestra ciudad natal
El concepto original de Hometown Moon proviene del desarrollador. Durante el Festival del Medio Otoño de 2019, se iluminó un globo en forma de luna con un diámetro de 10 metros en la bahía de Nianhua, esparciendo luces y colores mágicos por todas partes. Inspirado por la escena, Lushang Group espera iluminar una luna llena en Nine Women’s Peak y escribir el próximo capítulo en propiedad intelectual para ciudades natales diseñadas.
El Sr. Zou Yingxi, arquitecto principal y planificador del proyecto, espera infundir un significado profundo a la luna artificial. Anhela una luna que nunca se pone.
Según esta retórica, el edificio funciona como un salón de ceremonias diseñado para escapar de los convencionalismos. Entre sus principales características, la estructura atrae a lugareños y turistas de otras provincias, puede albergar ceremonias y eventos, y proporciona valores espirituales y operativos que fortalecen los recursos del pueblo.
Un antiguo poema de la dinastía Song reflexiona sobre la naturaleza de la perspectiva y la emoción: “las nubes y la luna siguen siendo las mismas, pero las montañas y los ríos evolucionan con el tiempo”. Los catalizadores de hoy en día también son capaces de evocar nostalgia, independientemente de su ubicación. Como tal, un poema arquitectónico sobre la luna no necesita relacionarse con el símbolo clásico. Bajo esta filosofía, Syn Architects combina formas geométricas abstractas y materiales simples para crear un espacio puro con visuales complejos que estimulan el alma, dejando atrás las expresiones figurativas tradicionales.
La elección de la ubicación
La ubicación de la luna es esencial. Debe complementar la nube de la ciudad natal en términos de flujo de visitantes y entablar un diálogo satisfactorio con el paisaje natural de Nine Women’s Peak. Siguiendo estos dos principios, el arquitecto principal Zou Yingxi exploró la zona montañosa, examinando sus accidentes geográficos y posibilidades arquitectónicas. Después de una cuidadosa consideración, la ubicación final elegida fue una terraza de observación con vista a la nube de la ciudad natal en el lado de un arroyo de montaña, cerca de la entrada del arroyo. De esta manera, Hometown Cloud se convierte en el punto de observación de Hometown Moon y en un punto de partida para perseguirla. Mirando desde la cima de la montaña, Hometown Moon y la luna en el cielo establecen un diálogo entre los símbolos manufacturados y naturales, mezclándose con el medio ambiente y manteniendo la integridad estética del valle. La guía de ruta

Después de cruzar una montaña, un río y explorar algunos caminos curvos, los visitantes finalmente llegan al edificio. Aquí, reflexionan sobre la naturaleza intrigante de la arquitectura. Y en el lado emocional, sus sentidos del oído y el olfato son estimulados por su entorno natural. Los caminos largos y sinuosos aumentan la curiosidad de los visitantes. Tai’an’s Ceremony Hall: The Hometown Moon
The Moon is the Light of Our Hometown
The original concept for the Hometown Moon comes from the developer. During the Mid-Autumn Festival of 2019, a moon-shaped balloon with a diameter of 10 meters was lit up in Nianhua Bay, spreading magical colors and lights all around. Inspired by the scene, the Lushang Group hopes to light up a full moon at the Nine Women’s Peak and write the next chapter in intellectual property for designed hometowns.
Mr. Zou Yingxi, the lead architect and planner of the project, hopes to infuse a deep meaning into the artificial moon. He longs for a moon that never sets. According to this rhetoric, the building functions as a ceremony hall designed to escape conventionalisms. Among its main features, the structure attracts locals and tourists from other provinces, can host ceremonies and events, and provide spiritual and operational values that strengthen the village’s resources.
An ancient poem from the Song Dynasty ponders about the nature of perspective and emotion: “the clouds and the moon remain the same, but mountains and rivers evolve throughout time.” Modern-day catalysts are also capable of evoking nostalgia, regardless of location. As such, an architectural poem about the moon does not need to relate to the classical symbol. Under this philosophy, Syn Architects combines abstract geometrical shapes and simple materials to create a pure space with complex visuals that stimulate the soul, leaving traditional figurative expressions behind.
The Location Choice
The location of the moon is essential. It needs to complement the Hometown Cloud in terms of visitor flow and to engage in a fulfilling dialogue with the natural scenery of the Nine Women’s Peak. Following these two principles, the lead architect Zou Yingxi explored the mountainous area, examining its geographical accidents and architectural possibilities. After careful consideration, the final location chosen was a viewing terrace overlooking the Hometown Cloud on the side of a mountain stream, near the entrance of the stream.
In this way, the Hometown Cloud becomes the viewing spot for the Hometown Moon and a starting point to chase after it. Looking from the top of the mountain, the Hometown Moon and the moon in the sky establish a dialogue between manufactured and natural symbols, blending with the environment and sustaining the aesthetic integrity of the valley. Heading down toward the Hometown Moon, the structure playfully disappears from time to time among trees and branches. It gradually becomes bigger until the manufactured wonder fills in on the complete view, presenting locals and visitors with a romantic depiction of home. Once visitors reach the Hometown Moon, it is possible to look back at the Hometown Cloud. Then, the desire to chase the Hometown Cloud comes to mind again. To this extent, the buildings complement each other as symbolic counterparts.
The Route Guidance
The parking lot is the last reminder of modern civilization. To access the Hometown Moon, visitors must go through a purifying road. It takes about five to ten minutes to walk along the path between mountains and streams. The entrance lies behind a boulder. From here on, visitors begin to enjoy communion with nature. Birds singing, insects chirping, rustling leaves, gurgling streams, and hearts beating with joy and anticipation; the sounds of nature make visitors feel at ease. After crossing a mountain, a river, and exploring a few curved pathways, visitors finally arrive at the building. Here, they ponder about the intriguing nature of the architecture. And on the emotional side, their senses of hearing and smell are stimulated by their natural surroundings. The long and winding paths increase the curiosity of visitors. Attracted by a building in the middle of nature, they suddenly find themselves inside the structure, wondering about the charms of an inverted moon. Like Buddhist meditation, the experience develops insight by feeling the background of mountains and forests to complete a mental reorganization, soothing the souls of urban residents. Along the plank road, there are playgrounds, cabin camps, bonfire areas, and anti-fog devices. These and other similar spaces enrich the experience and the dimension of the project.

Conel buen gusto de origen, educado, amoroso, pleno, generoso, apasionado, inquieto, amigable, tocado por el genio, guiado por la inspiración, pero sin dejar nada al azar y sin mirar hacia atrás, el hombre de tierra de tierra adentro escuchó y siguió el llamado del litoral. Y encontró su crisol, encontró en Cancún su lugar desde donde prodigar sus múltiples talentos.
¿Quién conquistó a quién?. La línea de su destino lo llevó a una conjunción estelar. Desde el primer momento apoya con firmeza los pies en la arena, la misma arena que ha sido ascendida a la categoría de obra de arte, donde permanece hasta el
día de hoy en el que se convierte en paleta de colores y origen de infinidad de obras de arte, tan geniales como funcionales.
Luz agua materia naturaleza desde el inicio. Su collage para la Primera Muestra de Artes Plásticas de Cancún: crayola fundida, arena pigmentada, bambú seco, en un afán por experimentar y manifestar creatividad con vocación y orden. Pureza de arquitecto que se somete al certero juicio y demandante escrutinio del Felguérez admirado.
Así, con bases reales, se origina lo de “creativo sin corrección” que sigue vigente. Abundancia, riqueza natural, fecundidad, exuberancia. El universo recreado. En este escenario grandioso, llamativo, envolvente, se da la inagotable creación, la interminable sucesión de genialidades que visten a la región. Espléndidas obras que enriquecen y hacen especial el día a día y amable lo cotidiano para todos los que convivimos con Cuitláhuac. En nuestro entorno inventa, plasma, fomenta, produce, genera, inspira, patrocina, propone… Su Cancún es mucho más suyo que el nuestro. Su obra resuena a Caribe. Muchas son sus creaciones que se apoderan de los espacios costeros: adornan interiores, realzan exteriores, suma belleza a la intemperie y Cancún se queda con todo. Es un regalo al Cancún que será. Cuitláhuac es un creador, un artista, un hombre trabajando en la perfección de su paraíso. Tantas sorpresas y maravillas por descubrir, por develar, expuestas al servicio de amigos y familia, lugareños o paseantes que coincidimos en un instante vital en este espacio en el que elegimos vivir.

La nueva edición de D’Casa Magazine, enero -febrero, un bimestre dual, termina la temporada otoño-invierno e inicia la temporada primavera-verano. La dualidad siempre presente en nuestra vida y en la naturaleza, luz y sombra, vida y muerte.
El Palacio Tatoi de la Familia Real de Grecia también presenta está dualidad al ser al mismo tiempo residencia y cementerio, lugar de descanso de vivos y de muertos.
Ubicado en los suburbios al norte de la bulliciosa Atenas, capital de Grecia, Tatoi es un lugar tranquilo y campirano. Sirvió de residencia familiar y de descanso para la familia real. Sus abandonados edificios y jardines escucharon las risas familiares y también los lamentos por sus muertos.
Este palacio poco conocido de una familia real sin trono, sale de su casi anonimato en ocasión de un triste acontecimiento, la muerte del rey Constantino II de Grecia el 10 de enero de este año y su posterior sepultura una semana después junto a todos sus reales antecesores. Descendiente de reyes y emperadores, el rey Constantino II fue más conocido por ser esposo de Anna Maria, hermana de la reina Margrethe II de Dinamarca, y por ser hermano de la reina Sofía de España. Tatoi es un complejo de edificios en un gran campiña con viñedos y olivares. Durante el reinado de Georgios I, el arquitecto alemán Ernst Ziller inicia en 1872 la construcción del Viejo Palacio, en estilo neoclásico con elementos de un chalet suizo.
En 1884 se empieza a construir el Nuevo Palacio, en un estilo inspirado en el palacio ruso de Peterhof, en San Petersburg, tierra natal de la reina consorte Olga. El arquitecto fue Sabbas Boukes, griego, quien mezcló el estilo neoclásico con los toques de una residencia campestre francesa. Finalmente, al sur de esta gran finca otro arquitecto griego, Anastasios Metaxas empieza a construir en 1898 la construcción de la Iglesia de la Resurrección con el mausoleo real, por encargo de la reina Olga quien deseaba un lugar para enterrar a los muertos de la familia. Este complejo de arquitectura románica griega, contiene las tumbas de los últimos 6 reyes de esta dinastía, sus consortes y varios príncipes y princesas.
Al ser una propiedad privada, es decir, propiedad de la familia real y no del Reino de Grecia, Tatoi se convirtió en su residencia favorita, dónde el protocolo era menos riguroso y el personal más reducido. El ambiente aunque más relajado mantuvo su formalidad y elegancia pues además de ser lugar para fiestas y celebraciones, también sirvió de hospedaje para huéspedes distinguidos.
Finalmente el año 2003 el Estado Griego se apoderó del Palacio Tatoi prometiendo una compensación económica que aún no ha sido pagada y que estaría destinada a la Fundación Reina Anna Maria para niños griegos necesitados.
A pesar de todo, en medio del abandono, después de haber vivido tantas alegrías y tristezas, el Palacio Tatoi sigue albergando en su mausoleo a sus legítimos dueños, los reyes de Grecia

Tuvimos la fortuna de ser invitados a una degustación con parte de su producción que va desde el Camembert, al Brie, al Morbier, al Crottin los Manchego Ahumado y al vino, al Appenzeller, al Grana, al Neuchatel, a la Raclette, al Reblochon y con gran sorpresa el Tete de Moine por citar algunos de los otros 21 que completan la lista… Nada mal ¿verdad?, porque la verdad es que todos los quesos resultaron estar por encima de nuestras expectativas, en la presentación sólo éramos unos europeos ya muy mexicanizados, pero modestamente buenos conocedores.
Haciendo la tarea del “Mister Precios” compare sus quesos con los de varios supermercados y resulto que los precios de QuesArt están muy por debajo, por lo que los hacen muy muy recomendables En 2004 obtuvo en la ‘Feria del Queso de Cabra’ en Celaya, Guanajuato, el primer lugar como el mejor queso de cabra de México. Desde varios años participa en el ‘Festival Gourmet’ en Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Ahora dejamos Chava en su bonito rancho con sus borregos, vacas y cabras para ir rumbo al estado de Querétaro.
Si bien, Querétaro se ha convertido en un destino popular por sus vinos y viñedos, la oferta no para ahí, pues también es hogar de múltiples queserías que son el maridaje perfecto.
Actualmente en el estado hay 10 productores y alrededor de 86 variedades de queso, en los municipios de Querétaro, El Marqués, Colón, Tequisquiapan, Huimilpan, San Juan del Río y Ezequiel Montes.

Las selvas de su interior son aún parte de las más extensas de todo el país y junto con los manglares y demás humedales nos prestan servicios que favorecen el verdadero desarrollo de la sociedad. Los cenotes y ríos subterráneos son joyas únicas que nos garantizan agua limpia y cristalina. Quienes tenemos la fortuna de vivir en Quintana Roo realmente gozamos del paraíso. Sin embargo, las cosas están cambiando. El éxito turístico empieza a cobrar su factura y muchos de los tesoros que caracterizan a Quintana Roo empiezan a degradarse. La labor de Amigos de Sian Ka’an ha permitido la creación de 14 áreas protegidas en todo el estado, que abarcan casi 1 millón y medio de hectáreas.
Así por ejemplo, Sian Ka’an, reserva de la biosfera con la que Amigos comparte el nombre, se ha convertido, gracias a la colaboración de la asociación con autoridades y habitantes de la zona, en el principal destino de ecoturismo de México. Ello dio pie a que Amigos de Sian Ka’an propusiera e impulsara la creación de Maya Ka’an, el destino turístico de Quintana Roo dedicado a cuidar la economía de la gente de la zona maya y su riqueza cultural y natural. Con esa experiencia, el equipo de Amigos de Sian Ka’an ahora colabora con diversos grupos del Río Hondo para fortalecer sus iniciativas productivas y el desarrollo del ecoturismo.
Para Amigos de Sian Ka’an la sustentabilidad no es solo cosa de las zonas rurales y los destinos ecoturísticos. A lo largo de los años ha colaborado con los grandes hoteles de la Riviera Maya en impulsar buenas prácticas en su construcción y operación. Como se puede apreciar con estos ejemplos los logros de Amigos de Sian Ka’an en casi cuatro décadas, su labor se extiende desde Holbox hasta la frontera con Belice y desde el arrecife mesoamericano hasta el corazón selvático de la península de Yucatán. Aunque el origen casi simultáneo de la Reserva de la Biosfera Sian Ka’an y de Amigos de Sian Ka’an los hacen compartir su nombre y llevan al público a creer que son una misma cosa, lo cierto es que la primera es un sitio patrimonio de la humanidad manejado por el gobierno federal, en tanto que Amigos de Sian Ka’an es una entidad privada que de manera altruista facilita, como hemos podido constatar en este artículo, el verdadero desarrollo social, económico y ambiental de todo Quintana Roo.
Lamentablemente, aún persiste una visión muy fuerte, aunque errónea, de que el desarrollo debe o puede darse arrasando con los ecosistemas. Por ello, el exponencial crecimiento del turismo y la población nos ata, en muchos aspectos, a esquemas de pobreza y subdesarrollo que dos daña como personas, como sociedad y como destino. Los retos de hoy y del futuro para alcanzar un verdadero desarrollo sustentable requieren de organizaciones como Amigos de Sian Ka’an que, con rigor técnico y científico, transparencia, pasión, y amor por México y la península de Yucatán, colaboren con empresarios, autoridades, estudiantes, campesinos, y pescadores, para cuidar la riqueza natural
que permitirá a nuestros hijos tener una vida plena y feliz. Fortunately, 37 years ago a group of visionaries founded an organization that has been a fundamental part of the development of Quintana Roo. They are Friends of Sian Ka’an, one of the first non-profit associations in the country dedicated to promoting sustainable development through nature conservation. The work of Friends of Sian Ka’an has allowed the creation of 14 protected areas throughout the state, covering almost 1.5 million hectares. For example, Sian Ka’an, a biosphere reserve with which Amigos shares the name, has become, thanks to the collaboration of the association with authorities and inhabitants of the area, the main ecotourism destination in Mexico. Son unas reglas básicas, como no llevar nada brillante, no equipos de buceo de colores llamativos, traje de neopreno completo, no moverse de tu lugar asignado, muy importante, no tratar de tocarlos y menos mover las manos para atraerlos pues una mordida de estos animales que llegan a pesar 250 kilogramos y a medir dos metros y medios, con facilidad te podrían arrancar un brazo o una pierna
Los ojos de los turistas se agrandan cuando el guía se pone una malla de acero, como esas que se utilizaban en la edad media.
Ya todos listos y algunos nerviosos navegamos no mas de un kilometro de la playa principal de Playa del Carmen y a una instrucción del capitán brincamos al agua.
Descendemos lentamente por una cuerda previamente instalada hasta llegar a los 80 pies de profundidad, desde el descenso se pueden observar esas figuras inconfundibles de los tiburones rondando el área
Ya en el fondo nos formamos una línea y tomados de una cuerda nos acostamos en el fondo de arena, el guía nos hace la señal de que todo bien y saca un pequeño trozo de pescado que sirve para atraer a los tiburones, los cuales se van acercando lentamente y poco a poco, hasta que llega un momento que se acercan a comer de la mano del guía, eso es algo que nunca pensé en ver, pues los tiburones toros, que son los que están aquí, se supone son de los mas agresivos y temidos por los viejos pescadores y ahora los tengo pasando junto a mi o sobre mi cabeza sin siquiera voltear a mirarme.
Así pasan los 30 minutos que nos permiten las computadora permanecer bajo el agua a esta profundidad, en ese tiempo pudimos observar que los 14 0 16 tiburones que pudimos ver eran hembras y muchas de ellas preñadas. El nado con los, mejor dicho con las tiburones es una actividad muy recomendad para todos y tenemos que aprovecharla pues este espectáculo se ve en pocos lugares del mundo
Además, los operadores de este servicio están muy bien organizados y nunca hay mas de una lancha realizando esta increíble actividad
Los tiburones es una de las especies que mas han sufrido la sobre pesca a tal grado que ya es muy difícil verlos. Existe una asociación llamada Saving Our Shark que se ha dedicado a estudiarlos y a protegerlos, ojala, que ustedes que están leyendo este articulo puedan apoyarlos.

Bull Sharks of Playa del Carmen

Un acercamiento absurdo a la feminidad clásica
Los desfiles de alta costura, para aquellos de nosotros que no tenemos seis cifras para gastar en un atuendo exquisitamente construido, son una experiencia desconcertante en el mejor de los casos. Agregue a eso un trasfondo económico y geopolítico global tormentoso, y un asiento de primera fila en el patio de recreo del uno por ciento puede parecer prácticamente inductor de vértigo. Luego vino Viktor & Rolf, quienes enviaron una colección de vestidos para su colección de alta costura de primavera que ensartó ese sentimiento al revés, y algo más. Una modelo usó su vestido de gala al revés, su visión completamente oscurecida por un corpiño impreso en 3-D invertido y capas de tul azul claro bien cosido (fue guiada a lo largo de la pasarela con instrucciones entregadas a través de un auricular). Otros lucían bonitas creaciones en colores pastel que estaban ligeramente torcidas, sostenidas por un marco en ángulo justo al lado de sus cuerpos, como si fueran el resultado de un error de edición de fotos. Una pareja usó sus vestidos estilo debutante perpendiculares a sus cuerpos, como si hubieran tomado algunos consejos de estilo de alfombra roja de Wednesday Addams. De alguna manera, mantuvieron sus rostros sin humor mientras atravesaban el salón de baile dorado del Hotel Intercontinental con brillantes tacones Louboutin.
El efecto provocaba risas. “Es una versión absurda del estereotipo de un vestido de alta costura”, dijo Rolf Snoeren detrás del escenario, riendo suavemente. “Que traducimos para el siglo XXI”, agregó Viktor Horsting. Snoeren continuó: “Proviene de un amor por el glamour [pero] como nuestro perfume, queremos que sea hermoso y también queremos que tenga una idea inteligente”. Los primeros tres vestidos fueron vestidos de gala de construcción clásica con forma de cupcake, con cinturas de corsé adornadas con cristales y lazos y faldas de color pastel azucarado. Luego vino una modelo con un corsé beige, su vestido color melocotón se balanceaba a lo largo de 10 cm frente a ella, mantenía su cuerpo alejado con un marco oculto y parecía como si estuviera siendo transportado por los ratones en Cenicienta. “Nos gusta la idea de primero dar la impresión de, ‘Ahhhhhh, va a ser todo muy lindo’. Y luego: ¡Ups!”. dijo Snoeren.
Hubo un comentario aquí sobre la cultura de Internet y cómo consumir imágenes en nuestros teléfonos (tomar fotografías e inmediatamente poder invertirlas, usar filtros para distorsionar y mejorar nuestras siluetas y estructura ósea) ha distorsionado nuestro sentido de la realidad. “Hay una desconexión entre lo que vemos y el aspecto físico del producto”, dijo Snoeren. Luego está el estado sin contexto de Internet, donde un desplazamiento puede llevarlo de un desfile de moda a un tiroteo masivo. “La información que nos llega, desde hacer pastel de plátano hasta tantas personas asesinadas en Ucrania”, dijo Snoeren. “Es: ¿En qué clase de mundo estamos viviendo? Es absurdo”, dijo Horsting. Afortunadamente, el dúo encontró algo de diversión en la incongruencia. Como un momento viral que no estuvo plagado de controversias, fue una clase magistral.

An absurd take on classic femininity
The couture shows—for those of us who don’t have six figures to spend on an exquisitely constructed outfit—are a discombobulating experience at the best of times. Add to that a stormy global economic and geopolitical backdrop, and a front-row seat at the one per cent’s playground can feel practically vertigo-inducing.
Then came along Viktor & Rolf, who sent out a collection of gowns for their spring couture collection that skewered that topsy-turvy feeling—and then some. One model wore her ball gown upside down, her vision completely obscured by an inverted 3-D printed bodice and layers of tightly sewn powder-blue tulle (she was guided along the runway with instructions delivered over an earpiece). Others wore pretty pastel creations that were slightly askew, held by a frame on an angle just off their bodies, as though they were the result of a photoshopping error. A couple wore their debutante-style dresses perpendicular to their bodies, as though they’d taken some red-carpet style tips from Wednesday Addams. Somehow they kept their faces humorless as they processed through the gilded ballroom of the Intercontinental Hotel in sparkling Louboutin kitten heels.
The effect was giggle-inducing. “It’s an absurd take on the stereotype of a couture ballgown,” said Rolf Snoeren backstage, chuckling softly. “Which we translated for the 21st century,” added Viktor Horsting. Snoeren continued: “It comes from a love of glamour [but] like our perfume, we want it to be beautiful and we also want it to have a clever idea.” The first three dresses were classically-constructed, cupcake-shaped ball gowns, with corset waists embellished with crystals and bows and sugary pastel skirts. Then came a model in a beige corset, her peach dress bobbing along 10cm in front of her, held off her body with a hidden frame, and looking as though it were being ferried along by the mice in Cinderella. “We like the idea to first give the impression of, ‘Ahhhhhh, it’s going to be all very lovely.’ And then: Oops!” said Snoeren.
There was a comment here about internet culture and how consuming visuals on our phones—snapping photographs and immediately being able to invert them, using filters to distort and enhance our silhouettes and bone structure—has warped our sense of reality. “There is a disconnect between what we see, and the physicality of the product,” said Snoeren. Then there is the internet’s context-less state, where one scroll can take you from a fashion show to a mass shooting. “The information that comes at us, going from making banana cake to so many people being killed in Ukraine,” said Snoeren. “It’s: What kind of world are we living in? It’s absurd,” said Horsting. Luckily, the duo found some fun in the incongruity. As a viral moment that wasn’t shot through with controversy, it was a masterclass.
