Start the navigation with Estancia Cristina enjoying extraordinary views. The glacial experience is with incredible horseback rides with varied duration and demand, guided by experts from National Parks. In the saddle, the guides will provide elements to ride and select horses according to the physical build and experience of each rider. After an introduction on handling and safety, the Glacier experience takes you to Lake Pearson with 4 hours of horseback riding + 1 hour of snack. On this horseback ride takes you north, we will discover the deep valley of the Caterina River and an unspoiled glacial landscape. Where we will observe the typical flora and fauna of the steppe, crossing lagoons, mountains and the majestic Cerro Norte in the background.

After 2 hours of horseback riding, we will arrive at the refuge of Lake Pearson, surrounded by pure nature, exploring other areas of the valley until we reach the center of the Estancia where you will stay in Mirador Cristina And discover the valley of the Caterina River, know the waterfall of the dogs with special panoramic views, it runs along the western slope of Cerro Mesón until it reaches the Mirador Cristina, where the majestic view of the surrounding hills, the Southern Patagonian Ice Field and the Upsala Glacier, in the midst of a very comforting silence. You will find in the descents of the horseback rides such as the center of the Estancia the Feruglio Cord, the Mount of the Parrots, enjoying a different vegetation, old forest, challenging ascents until you reach the maximum reward with a unique panoramic view of the Upsala Glacier. From this viewpoint, we can see its main and eastern fronts, exclusive to the Estancia next to Lake Guillermo. This place will immerse us in the wild Patagonian wind, providing a unique sensation. If we tour the area and observe, we can also appreciate impressive views of the Andes Mountains, with the Bertacchi, Cono and Murallón Hills and their tributary glaciers, as well as part of the Southern Patagonian Ice. After a short rest, we descend, discovering new landscapes such as the pampa de los potros lagunas, the Cerro de las Cachuchas, until we reach the center of the Estancia.
