This past year the region’s office, industrial, and retail sectors all hummed along— perhaps not hitting record highs seen earlier in the cycle but certainly strong nonetheless. And the good times should continue; In its influential “Emerging Trends” report, PwC named DallasFort Worth as the No. 1 real estate market for 2019, citing the area’s young workforce and robust business start-up activity.
