CD PLAYER FURNITURAL OBJECT The home appliance is the instrument to send their elements to user. The humidifier is shown that by steam. We received inspiration from the scene that spectrum from steam of humidifier. And we build a concept ; the spectrum performance humidifier.
가전 제품은 그 자체가 지닌 원소를 사용자에 게 전해주는 매개체이다. 가습기는 그 존재감 을 물을 증발시켜 보여준다. 어두운 방 안에 서 가습기가 뿜어낸 수증기에 빛이 비쳐, 스 펙트럼을 만들어 보이는 현상을 보고 영감을 얻어, 퍼포먼스를 지닌 가습기를 컨셉으로 잡 았다. 두 가지 원소가 스펙트럼을 만들어내 는 현상을 가지고 다양한 실험을 거쳐 제품의 CMFP와 퍼포먼스, 사용성 등 전반적인 경험 을 디자인하고, 설계하였다.

/ This device is designed to purpose to changing atmosphere of single's home to their want. This is Next Generation Air Conditioner. ATMOSPHERE CONTROLLER. Capture the atmosphere, of temperature, light, sound and oxygen concentration. and reenact in your house.
/ 적막함이 감도는 1인가구들의 집안 분위기 를 자기가 원하는 대로 변화시킬 수 있는 컨 셉으로, 분위기를 이루는 요소들인 온도, 빛, 이미지, 소리, 공기농도 등의 데이터를 캡쳐 해, 집안에서 그대로 재현할 수 있는, 차세대 에어컨. 아트모스피어 컨트롤러이다.
DESIGN & FUCTION the shape from atmosphere / Design this device like a bowl, it means 'Put atmosphre in this device'. The front display part and backside's round shape make a feeling, this device is floating.
/ 공기라는 소재를 이미지화하여 만든 원형의 폼을 기반으로, 분위기를 품는 그릇이라는 컨 셉으로 디자인하였다. 전면부의 디스플레이와, 후면의 안쪽으로 모 여드는 형상은 마치 디바이스가 공중에 떠 있

스피커, 라이팅, 디스플레이, 배기구 등의 기능들이 원형의 폼으로 레이어드 되어 배치되어 있다.

INSIGHT motion controlling handy vacuum / SWEEFT is a motion controllable handy vacuum cleaner made for officetel dwellers. Its handgrip part can be detachable, enabling handy cleaner to be a motion cleaner. This helps user to vacuum-clean more efficiently.
/ SWEEFT는 모션 컨트롤이 가능한 핸디형 청소기로, 주로 작은 공간에 거주하는 오피스 텔족을 겨냥해 디자인하였다. 핸디형 청소기 로 쓰다가, 그립부분을 분리하면 움직이는 대 로 청소기를 조종 가능한 모션 컨트롤러가 되 어 더욱 효율적으로 청소를 할 수 있다.
CONCEPT motion controlling handy vacuum
/ In several times, it can use like handy vacuum ; gripping handle on middle, popuping front suction. When user seperates handle, getting into the front suction and activating the bottom suction.
/ 평소에 간단한 먼지들을 청소할 땐, 중앙에 위치한 손잡이를 잡고 앞 부분에 팝업되어 나 오는 흡입구를 통해 핸디형 청소기로 쓸 수 있다. 손잡이 부분을 분리하면, 전면 흡입구 가 안으로 들어아고 하단부 흡입구가 활성화 된다.
CONCEPT motion controlling handy vacuum
/ When SWEEFT's handle is seperated, be activating motion controll mode. Users can moving the vacuum, by gesture controll, to place, they want.
/ 손잡이가 분리되면 모션 컨트롤 모드가 활 성화 된다. 모션 컨트롤러의 위치와 청소기의 위치가 실시간으로 동기화되어, 어떠한 조작 을 하더라도 그대로 움직이게 된다. 또한, 기 존의 핸디형 청소기보다 얇게 디자인되어 낮 은 침대 밑도 자유자재로 들락날락하며 청소 를 할 수 있다.

SWBK presents modern tea cups composed of ceramics, heatresisting plastics and aluminium materials on Areumjigi exhibition as an artist. The 4 tea cups can work as a tea leaf case and a lid. They can also be displayed as a sculpture in a kitchen when piled up in various ways.
Réspirer is a piece that makes use of Onggi soil which has merits of Onggi, showing a possibility as a new material. If Onggi soil is put into a mold and sticked together layer upon layer, it could function as a exterior material of structure.
SWBK releases the full film of 2012 Amore Pacific Sulhwa Culture Exhibition. SWBK undertook the the concept of the exhibition, space design, visual design, photography and media as a creative director and also participates as an artist. With the theme ‘Soil, Breathe, Onggi’, the 2012 Sulhwa Cultural Exhibition looks back on traditional Onggi and show Onggi’s artistic value through modern technique using Onggi clay.

/ 가을 새벽의 건조한 공기에 깨어날때면 밤새 흘렸던 땀처럼 진한 깊은 여름밤이 생각나 게된다. 그럴때면 이 깊은 어둠속에서 가습기를 켜, 잠시 그날들을 회상하며, 재현한다.

STYLING The connection of linear and plane
/ Styling the product as triangle structure based on the shape of light through the steam. By this structure, create a linear connection point that spreading infinitely.
/ 증기에 빛이 투과해 나타나는 빛의 결정형 에서 착안해 빛의 선형과 그에 따른 증기의 평면을 잇는 삼각형의 구조와 무한하게 이어 져가는 연결점들을 바탕으로 형상을 이루어 가습기를 디자인하였다.
PERFOMANCE Steam and Light in Darksidehole
/ Considering of sleeping time when user often uses a humidifier, the humidifier disappears with darkness. For the effect, the product can express the steam and light’s performance in border less space.The natural streaming of swaying moisture meshes with the humidifier’s element of therapy, and it gives a relax to the userlikes a breathing sound.
/ 가습기가 주로 사용되는 어두운 수면 시간 대를 고려해 제품의 외곽선이 어둠과 결합해 사라지게 디자인하였다. 그 효과로 제품은 경 계 없이 무한한 범위에서, 빛과 증기를 이용 해 스펙트럼 퍼포먼스를 표현한다. 수증기가 자연스럽게 일렁이며, 숨을 쉬는 듯한 형상을 통해 사용자에게 안정감을 제공한다.

/ 비가 가지고 있는 간단한 화학작용을 통해 우산이라는 캔버스에 그림을 그리다.
INSIGHT Humidifier. the steam and light.
This Project was beginning with getting inspiration in Movie scenes. We picked two scenes, rain spotting and color speading. and so, We inspirated from those scenes and season of those days, the monsoon. Finally we begon ideation with the keyword. Rain Drawing. Rain is acid. and cold. We cought Ideas about using unique principles, Litmus solution and Thermochromic Dye. By using those two materials, We took two concepts. Umbrellas. one is changing color by touching rain instantly, and another is changing color on the long times.
2011년 여름. 장마철이라는 당시 상황에 비 와 관련된 프로젝트를 하기를 원했고, 비가 튀고 물감이 번지는 두 영상에서 영감을 얻었 다. 여기서 비가 그리는 그림이라는 키워드를 잡았다. 비는 약산성을 띄며, 차갑다. 리트머스 용액 과 시온 염료. 이 둘을 이용해 우산을 염색시 켜, 산성비에 반응해 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 색이 변하는 우산과 순간적으로 비와 접촉했을 때 색이 변하는 우산. 이 두가지의 컨셉을 잡고 실험하였다.
CONCEPT 01 Litmus Solution - Acid Rain
/ This umbrella is dyed by litmus solution. Rain is acid. so this umbrella will be changing color, blue to red, the more it used.
/ 리트머스 용액으로 염색한 이 우산은 처음 엔 푸른색을 띠고 있다가 산성비에 반응하면 서 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 축적돼 붉은 색으로 변하게 된다. 사람들은 붉게 변해가는 우산을 보며, 산성비와 대기 오염에 대한 경각심을 불어일으키는 색채적 메세지를 시각적으로 느낄 수 있다.
CONCEPT 02 Thermochromic Dye - Cold Rain
/ This concept is based on thermochromic dye. So, this umbrella is changing color, white to blue, when it'll get rained on. And changing to white instantly.
/ 설정된 온도 이하로 내려가면 푸른색으로 변하는 우산. 비가 우산에 닿으면 순간적으로 비가 만든 패턴이 푸른색으로 변하며, 잠시 후 다시 원래의 색으로 돌아온다. 사람들은 우산을 통해 비가 내려앉는 소리와 비가 그려내는 패턴을 바라보며, 비와의 감성 적 교감을 느끼게 된다.

/ 꽃병은 꽃을 아름답게 보이게 해주는 물건이지 만, 꽃이 죽음을 맞이하는 곳이기도 하다. 마지막 순간을 맞이하는 꽃을 위한, 퍼포먼스 오브제.
INSIGHT What is the pot's thought.
/ We, Designers, are always designing by considerating user. So, always repeating same process. We, design team BL_ NK, want to designing by different persfective, considerating what are their, the objects, wanna be. This is beginning from the pot. Pot is the objet for flower's beauty. But flowers are always dying in the pot. This concept is based on that thinking. How to mourning for flowers by pot's elements.
/ 우리는 항상 사용자의 입장에서 디자인을 전개한다. 하지만 항상 같은 프로세스를 반복 하며, 한계에 부딪히고는 한다. 우리 BL_NK 는 이번 전시 '사물의 몽상'을 통해 사물들의 입장이 되어 어떤 모습이 되고 싶은가, 몽상 을 하는 프로젝트를 선보였다. 꽃병은 꽃의 아름다움을 위한 사물이지만, 꽃 에게는 마지막. 죽음을 기다리는 장소이다. 말라버릴 수 밖에 없는 운명에 처한 꽃에게 꽃병이 어떠한 형태를 이루어 애도를 표할 수 있는가에 대한 연구를 시작했다.

/ 꽃병이 가진 원소를 통해 퍼포먼스를 연출 하였다. 수증기가 된 물이 꽃을 감싸 꽃병의 형을 이루어, 마치 꽃의 진혼제와 같은 이미 지를 형성한다. 거친 터치로 마감된 콘크리트 텍스쳐는 화병이 그 자체로 튀지 않고, 꽃을 감싸 도는 수증기의 형상이 주는 이미지를 부 각시키는 의도로 디자인되었다.
CONCEPT The pot, Mourning for the flowers
/ The base object of pot is based on the element, stone. its feel and texture make the image beautifully with steam' shape.
/ 꽃병의 베이스 오브젝트는 꽃병을 이루는 요소인 암석의 느낌을 살려 감성적인 이미지 를 같이 가져가길 원했다. 또한 수증기가 이루는 형상이 자연스럽게 조 화를 이룰 수 있는 질감을 표현해 내었다.

This Project was beginning with the question ; is the beaty appearance The purpose of design? breaking audio devices. and extracting their component. all of audio devices are based on speaker. the speaker is heart or soul of audio devices. We make amp structure, the soul of audio devices, by speaker from them.
프로젝트의 시작은 디자인에 대한 질문을 던 지는 것이었다. 외형이 예쁜 것이 디자인의 목적이 될 수 있는가. 우리는 바로 오디오 장 비들을 부수기 시작했다. 모든 오디오 장비는 스피커에 기반한다. 어떤 오디오 장비도 스피커없이는 그 기능을 할 수 없다. 우리가 부숴버린 그 모든 오디오 장비들에게 서 스피커를 추출해냈다. 이는 그들의 심장이 고 혼이다. 그들에게서 추출한 이 스피커들로 하나의 연결체. 오디오 장비들의 혼이라는 주 제로 앰프 구조를 디자인 하였다.

‘Working nomads’ are people who have flexible work habits that allow them to work from anywhere. Although they may have a formal office space, they move around to different working locations either by necessity or desire. They need to take the essentials of their workstation with them. Walk.Work is a portable workstation organisation tool. It was designed to allow the working nomad to concentrate in comfort. It consists of a silicon mat that can be rolled up and carried. The mat allows for customisation; it can be easily cut to create nooks for pens and papers, and partially rolled to create laptop or iPad stands.

This light based on glass craft. Progressly piling up molten glass. and solidifing it like glaicier.
Light theraphy is common treatment for seasonal affective disorder and for cicadian rhythm disorder. SRRK use LED technology, making them musch smaller and more convenient for users. Install this product in your living room or office. The light reacts by your movement and follows you, then your rhythm will be healed naturally.

Music player: analyzing infomations of object, and finding and playing music based that. I have taken the Programming and Engineering for Working. Flashlight is fit to light up straight, but not to wide space. This Design is combine Flashlight and Table Lamp. And bring motif, The metamorphosis process of butterfly. Its cover of appearance is made of silicon. And It is designed to be changing flashlight to camping light by turn the cover inside out to making shade.
VACCUM is handy vacuum for office or desk life. I suggest a solution about changing suction, by simple method from this design.

Existing humidifiers aren't efficient to recognizing water amount. This humidifier, GIUDA, has a simple solution to solve this problem.
This bingbang chandelier has box form, can transforming chandelier like bigbang. by pop-uping method.
Fang has the interactive working method like top. So, when user spin the switch fastly. this fan blow the wind strongly. and vice versa.
