BABR Outbound 9304G is one of the most unique bulls we have offered to date. He is long spined, ultra-correct within his lines and sound from the ground up while maintaining that herd bull look packed with muscle mass, softness and volume. He is sired by BABR “Stewart” 6350D who sired our top selling group of bulls in our 2019 production sale. His progeny average over 732 lbs at weaning combined with a moderate birth weight of 79 lbs. We are pleased to offer Garth for your inspection in this year’s Balancer Futurity. We’re not high profile cattle judges but it’s hard to phenotypically find fault with this powerfully made young herd sire prospect that moves so freely. His performance has been off the charts with a weaning weight of 747 and a weaning index of 120. His sire (RAIL King James 3127A) was a two-time division winner in Denver and out of a dam of distinction (TAU Final Answer 9143W). Thrive is a bull bred to be a champion. His sire is the result of mating a National Champion Balancer Bull to a daughter of the two-time National Champion Bull, Insidious who’s dam was a flush mate to National Champion Bull, Ludacris. Lifeline’s dam is sired by the Gelbvieh National Champion Bull, Extra Exposure. The bottom side of the pedigree may be more impressive. Thrive is the second calf from from Miss Roundhouse 622D ET. Her first calf is a heifer by Lifeline that has been shown successfully by Cody Brown of Dwight, Kansas, winning division honors in last years NWSS Junior Show as well as being selected Kansas State Fair Balancer Female Champion and Reserve Champion Female at the Nebraska State Fair this past summer. 622D is sired by Roundhouse, the high selling member of the 2016 NWSS Champion Pen of Five Balancer Bulls which also included Lifeline and Barrett. Roundhouse’s dam puts the great Evelyn cow, also a past National Champion, in the pedigree. 622’s dam Partisover Julia 71305 ET, produced the 2017 Balancer Pen of Three Bulls as well as the only two Gelbvieh/Balancer bulls to win Supreme Champion honors in the 28 year history of the Nebraska Cattleman’s Classic. Lifeline 56 was Reserve Champion in the Gelbvieh division of the 2018 classic to the eventual Supreme Champion Bull in what the judge called a very difficult decision. Roundhouse’s grandsire, Northern Dancer, was one of two NWSS champion bulls sired by Ludacris, the other being Wingman. What makes this more impressive is Ludacris was syndicated to a very small group of breeders with semen never offered outside of the syndicate. This puts Ludacris on both sides of the pedigree.
