Grindstone K109 is a very eye appealing Finnegan son with a tremendous EPD profile lead by top 15% CED, 25% growth traits, 30% STAY, 5% REA, 15% MARB and 15% FPI. He got off to a little bit of a rough start this spring in some bad weather but has really done well to catch up to everyone and surpass many in the pen. He is incredibly well made with great width and is very athletic on the move. His young dam has been doing well for us and maintains great feet and a near perfect udder. Add the maternal strength of Finnegan to the mix and you could get some outstanding progeny.

Polished K165 is a 4 star calving ease prospect who doesn’t lack the frame and power to add pounds to a set of calves. He can be used in some situations on heifers while not giving up performance on the back end. His dam is another solid producing Prime Cut daughter for us going strong at age 11. The cross between Finnegan and Prime Cut has really worked well for us and we feel that mating can have a positive maternal effect on most herds.
