This project consisted of two phases. The first phase focused on the new construction of a 10,700 sq.ft. free-standing emergency department. The second included an expansionon on the original facility which added 2,500 sq. ft. to the structure. The facility features 10 exam rooms, 1 trauma room and a state-of-the-art CT/radiology suite.
Two-story, 27,600 sq.ft. design-build that consists of a cath lab and radiology space along with outpatient services. The project was built using Lean principles and practices throughout design to help minimize building costs and maximize field production. The clinic was developed and designed with open concepts that utilize natural light, along with interior design to elevate patient experience. The 1st floor includes breast health, a laboratory and a fully functional radiology department including CT, MRI, Rad Fluoro and X-Ray. The 2nd floor includes 20 exam treatment rooms designed for patients with a simplified directional flow. This was designed with direct input from physicians and supporting staff.
