The system of the cooking chamber separated from the combustion one, that avoids food contact with smoke does not requires familiarity in regulating the quantity of wood necessary to obtain the right temperature, that can be reached and mantained even by adding more of it later.

The oven can reach the right temperature in only 30/40 minutes, with just 3/4 kg of wood, keeping this temperature stable for over 2 hours after the end of combustion.

Il sistema a camera di combustione separata da quella di cottura, che evita il contatto dei cibi con i fumi, non richiede dimestichezza nel regolare la quantità di legna per ottenere la giusta temperatura che, si può raggiungere o mantenere anche aggiungendone successivamente dell’altra.

Ne bastano 3/4kg per raggiungere la temperatura d’impiego in soli 30/40 minuti, rimanendo pressochè costante per oltre 2 ore dopo la fine della combustione.
