central living DYNAMIC SPACE PLANNING This kitchen project focused on creating spacious elegance. By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area Lifespan opened the living area for artful entertaining. Honed granite countertops, hidden panel-fronted appliances, and crisp, white millwork makes this kitchen a chic and modern space.
kitchen&living OPEN, SPACIOUS DESIGN Outside the norm—Gray, stained cabinets add flair and spunk to this large entertaining and functional space. Lifespan opened up and combined three rooms, creating a large open floor plan that includes two conversation spaces and the kitchen area. The warm cork flooring balances the gray cabinetry beautifully pulling the spaces together.
CABINETRY Wood and textured glass panels on upper cabinets, with lower drawers and stainless steel drawer pulls, utilize the latest in cabinetry design.
ADJOINING FAMILY ROOMS Lifespan removed walls to connect two adjoining family rooms. Fireplace, windows and skylights bring warmth and light to the open spaces just off the kitchen.
central hub WARMTH AND STORAGE Upgrading the kitchen, the central hub of the home, brought warmth and additional storage. Lifespan removed an old pantry closet and added more custom cabinets, providing ample storage and clean lines. Custom tile work and granite countertops accent new stainless steel appliances.
outdoor living DAY OR NIGHT ENTERTAINING An entertainer’s dream, this outdoor kitchen and home theater feature a 9-foot screen and projector, radiant ceiling heaters, and full outdoor kitchen facilities. Highlight features: Top-of-the-line, stainless appliances and storage units, LED under-counter and toe-kick lighting, and Cronin Stone masonry.
in-home spa STATE-OF-THE-ART BATHROOM With the vision of more space, Lifespan added square footage, including a larger bath, steam shower, walk-in closet, and workout room. Silk wallpaper, jetted tub that fills from the ceiling, wall fireplace, and heated towel bar are just a few of the amenities that offer elegance in this state of the art bathroom.
clear beauty UPDATED GUEST BATH This updated guest bath provides clear, clean, functional beauty for all of their guests. Glass countertops, dark cabinetry, and lots of stainless steel give the space a contemporary look and feel.
spacious warmth UPDATED MASTER SUITE This master suite was ready for updating. Lifespan removed the large jetted tub and moved an interior wall, creating more space in the master closet. Added features: A barrier-free walkin shower with pebbled flooring, warm radiant floor heat, and a new access door to the outdoor hot tub.
custom built NORTHWEST CRAFTSMAN HOME This custom-built Northwest Craftsman home was built with a focus on family and entertaining, including kitchen and dininig, living room, family room, shop, and triple-car garage. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is warm and inviting with hardwood flooring, plenty of architectural details, and period millwork throughout.
award winning 2015 OMB BEST REMODEL This 1910 home master-suite addition— bedroom with walk-in closet, full-spa master bath, powder room for guests, and a laundry room—was awarded “Best Remodel” by Olympia Master Builders. Outside, composite decking ties the addition to the existing structure, with a concrete patio off the back for easy garden access.
