Entrance to office • The concept of the project was “water”and therefore keeping the properties of water in mind I designed the house. • For that I studied the properties of water like transperancy,flow,clear vision and tried to reflect them in my project. • Only the flow has been kept simple because taking curves would not be correct as the building would not be able to blend with the surrounding.

• The main aim of the project was to design an office cum residence for an Architect. • The main aim of design was to maintain privacy between office area and residential area. • There was need to provide proper segregation of spaces and maintain proper circulation

• The water fall balcony is the highlighting feature of the design, which enhances the beauty of the office area and also helps to dehumidification . • Transparency and clear vision the other properties of water are also reflected in the office, balconies and the dining area as the user will have clear vision through these areas.

• The ground and first floor are exactly one above the other but the second and third floor are projected outwards and are supported by huge columns • The size of the multilevel water body goes on decreasing from ground to third floor and the water fall starts from the third floor water body and then ends at the swimming pool which is at the ground floor • The exhibition area has be created between the party lawn and the water body so as to enhance the quality of the exhibition area

Symmetry is maintained everywhere in the design and hence simple circulation is achieved so that patients and physically challenged can have easy access to every place of the centre

• The main aim of the project was to design a rural health care centre for the people who live in chittepimpalgaon and nearby rural areas so that they can get primary health facilities that are currently not available for the people • “4 leaf clover”being the concept of design the four leaves represent four different parts of the health care centre with central courtyard and small courtyards in each leaf for proper light and ventilation

• The four-leaf clover is a rare variation of the common threeleaf clover. • According to tradition, such clovers bring good luck

The ground floor consists of café,restaurant,car showroom, travel booking and other basic services. First floor has the administrative dept. and second to ninth floor has offices of different companies. The second to ninth floor has typical floor plan but the diameter of floor increases from ground floor to fifth floor and then decreases upto the tenth floor, hence the shape of the building is achieved The tenth floor consists of deluxe and suits and the services like laundry etc.

• The principal structural system of the halo sphere is comprised of a spherical shape exterior diagrid structure, the podium base portal with perimeter raking columns as well as other internal major components including the steel roof trusses at top, RC core walls and shear walls, beam/column frames at typical floors. • The internal structure is mainly of reinforced concrete with steel portion along the perimeter bays of typical floors. • The exterior dia-grid forms part of the stability frame and the load-taking system of the halo sphere.

• The halo sphere mainly consists of two main systems, one is a semi unitized system and other is point fixing spider system. • Since Some Glasses Are Over Headed At An Angle Of More The 15O, The Laminated Glass Works As A Safety Glass, So In Case Of Any Glass Breakage The Pvb Layer Will Still Hold The Broken Pieces together.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN (T.YR)

The aim of the project was to design a water park in Aurangabad for the tourist and local residents. The concept of the project was cures and planes. Landscaping played a very important role to enhance the beauty of the curves and planes.

The aim of the project was to design the landscape of a farm house. The concept taken for this was�simplicity�henc e only two or three colours and plants were used in the landscape and hence simplicity is achieved. The circulation has also been kept simple so that the user can have easy access to every part of the site.
