School of Rock’s Songwriting Program teaches the fundamen tals of songwriting, arrangement and music theory, and helps students compose original works. Rock & Roll Boot Camp

Your journey to great musicianship begins here! At School of Rock, we have the experience and the passion to get you playing the music you will want to play...fast! Come in with a choice of instrument (voice, drums, guitar, bass or keys) and we will get you started learning the basics and actually playing songs with others right away! Everyone will leave camp knowing how to play a short set of songs like “Come Together” (The Beatles) and “Seven Nation Army” (The White Stripes). With “The Beatles” Camp

We’ll be diving deep into the best of the Fab Four: from their early “Mop Top” days to their late-career experimentations. This camp is a School of Rock staple and is always a ton of fun! This will be an awesome 3-days full of catchy melodies, vocal harmonies, and some of the most memorable songs ever recorded. Students will give a short performance on the last day of camp!! Rookies Music Camp

Working with professional musicians, your child will explore all of the rock instruments, learn ear training, rhythm, dynamics, song structure, teamwork, and rock history through music games and hands-on instrument learning. Rookies promotes experiential learning and does not require students to commit to a single instrument. Simply come ready to rock and have fun!
