When the park district offices are not open, you may drop off the completed form and payment in a drop box located outside of the Jewett Park Community Center.

You must include a camp deposit or total payment with your registration form or online registration. Your full payment for all sessions of all camps is due on April 18, 2025 unless you are on a Camp Payment Plan.

Camper’s Grade

Children must be entering the grade of the camp by 9/1/25.

Camp Sites

Summer camp locations listed in this brochure may change due to Deerfield Public School scheduling. Staff will advise if changes occur.

Resident & Special School District #109 & #113 Rates

Resident rates will apply to those who live within the park district boundaries. If a participant does not live within the park district boundaries but enrolls in a program that is held at a District 109 or 113 school and they reside in that school district, then they pay the resident rate, but cannot begin to register until the non-resident registration date.

Fees and Deposits

Resident and nonresident fees are listed for each camp.

A nontransferable, nonrefundable deposit is due at time of registration for most camps (please see grid on page 4 & 5 for specific camp deposit amounts.) This deposit is applicable to tuition. Camp fees can’t be prorated to accommodate vacations.

Camp Payment Plan

A camp payment plan is again offered for some camps during the 2025 camp season. Your camp fees can be paid in four equal monthly payments through an automatic installment billing process. Installment billing must be set up as an automatic charge/debit to a credit card or from a bank account. All ACH and credit card charges are processed on the 15th day of February, March, April and May. The final payment is due May 15.

Please be aware that this is the only payment plan that will be offered for camp fees. If using the Camp Payment Plan, all camp fees must be paid in full by May 15 for participants to attend camp. For more information and/or enrollment forms for this payment option, please contact the registration office at 847-945-0650, on or before January 31, 2025.

Camp Refund Policy

Prior to June 2, 2025 (two weeks before the 2025 camp season begins), you may receive a refund for camp fees less the deposit for each camp. If your camp did not require a deposit, your cancellation fee is $25 per camp session cancelled. (*For Sarah Hall Summer Performers Camp refunds, please contact Sarah Hall for details.) If refunds are requested between June 2 and June 15, refunds will be granted only if the spot can be filled by another camper, for medical reasons or if you are moving outside of the park district. In these cases, the deposit will be deducted and the refund will be prorated based on when participation ends. No refunds are granted after the camp season begins unless there is a medical issue or the family moves out of the district. If your child is unable to continue in a program because of a medical problem, you must submit a letter from your doctor on their letterhead in order to receive a refund. If you are moving out of the district, in order to obtain a refund, you must submit proof in writing that you are moving. For more information, please call the registration office at 847-945-0650
