Sustainability is a huge part of the staff’s daily routine Our members work continuously to reduce food waste and develop menus in close collaboration with local producers and subcontractors. Traditional ingredients are often revived in the hotel’s own kitchen garden, sourced from nearby producers, or simply found in the forest

More measures taken to gain sustainability is to utilize geothermal heating to reduce the energy usage

To better experience the destination up close, many of the hotels also offer bicycles and electric vehicles
