Flexible, elegant glazed partitions BUILT-IN DOORS DEKO GV integrates naturally with the matching system of timber and glazed doors, which are available in countless sizes, colours and surfaces. Just like the partition, the narrow frames of the doors are made of strong, stable, elegant aluminium. The doors are available as glazed, solid, fire- and sound-rated doors.

Minimalist architectural design The simple, clean lines of DEKO FG make it one of the most widely used products in many buildings.

The slim, 30 or 40mm profiles maximise the flow of light and are so narrow that they almost disappear in the overall look. Profiles can be incorporated into the adjacent structure if an invisible joint is desired. All visible aluminium profiles are available as standard in natural anodised aluminium or powder coated in many colours.

One room, several options The specially designed structure consists of aluminium profiles, environmentally friendly timber panels and soundproofing materi足 al with rubber strips at the top and bottom, providing a tight closure and ensuring sound reduction of up to 52 dB. The partition is the only one in Europe to be fire clas足 sified as EI 30 at a height of 5m.

STRONG SURFACE TREATMENT The folding partitions come with a strong, easily wipeable surface treatment and a narrow, protective aluminium edge. This guarantees a long service life.

THE SURFACE OF YOUR CHOICE The panels can be painted in the colour of your choice or coated with other types of surface, for ex足 ample, laminate, melamine, white足 board or timber veneer, lending the folding partition an attractive, unique finish. A flexible solution that complies with both sound and fire requirements The panel wall is constructed around a specially designed structure of aluminium, environmentally friendly timber panels and insulation, which, combined with the mechanical seal where the panels meet the top track and floor, make it possible to achieve sound reduction of up to 60 dB. The panel wall is also available fire rated as EI 30 and EI 60.

DISCREET STACKING A continuous track system is produced individually for each project, enabling the panel wall to be stacked as required.

OPERATION The sections are pushed manually into each other and locked individually with cremone bolts. Each panel is thereby fixed between the floor and the ceiling with rubber strips, which makes the wall tight and stable. The panel wall can also be supÂ plied with semi-automatic cloÂ sure or fully automatic control.

Solid, seamless and flexible partition The solid partition can be adapted to suit all types of buildings, whatever the needs and requirements. This is a perfect choice if you want a complete partition that is prefabricated, strong and installed in a single working session.

DURABLE SURFACE A range of wipeable vinyl surfaces are available, providing ease of maintenance. That means there is no need for painting. As an alternative, we can provide the DEKO PF partition with an application of primed felt or woven textile, as on traditional drywalls.

SLIM ALUMINIUM PROFILES

PROFILE-FREE JOINT

Slim aluminium profiles interface with ceiling, floor and adjacent walls, lending the partition an elegant finish.

Discreet, bevelled edge boards provide a demountable solution and gives the partition a clean, uniform look.

UNIFORM STRUCTURE This modular profile-free partition has a structure of galvanised steel profiles, which form a base, whether you are installing gypsum, glass or doors. In combination with the rest of the structure, this provides the partition with great strength and makes it easy to incorporate the modules you want.

THE CLASSIC AND DEMOUNTABLE SOLID PARTITION This profile partition is the cost effective partition system. Ready in record time! DEKO PV consists of individual modules based on a steel framework. The framework is concealed behind pre-treated gypsum boards to form an extremely strong partition. On the outside, the solid partition has the appearance of drywall with slim and vertical aluminium profiles. Slim aluminium profiles also interface with ceiling and floor to offer a partition with attractive clean lines.

FLOOR GLASS

Daylight is maximised DEKO HG Fire is a visually exciting solution for bringing daylight to several floors. The large glazed modules create a decorative element in a uniform floor, also guaranteeing a clear connection between different levels.

LARGE GLASS FLOORS The glazed modules can be installed either single or as multiple floor glass, creating an attractive sequence. Each glazed module is available in sizes to suit a project, up to 2 m2. The large glass surfaces help to give the floor a light and spacious appearance.

FIRE AND SOUNDPROOF As an entire structure with supporting frames, the floor glass is approved as both a REI 30 and REI 60 structure, and the thick floor glass module provides superior sound reduction of up to 55 dB.

MATCHING FIREPROOF STEEL STRUCTURE The glazed modules are supported by a matching fireproof steel structure in L- and T-profile. In addition to its own weight, the actual DEKO HG Fire glazed structure can cope with a maximum load of up to 5 kN/m2.
