Our Shipping Policy Upon receiving payment for an order, the George DeLallo Company has three (3) full business days* to process and ship the order out of our warehouse. The shipping clock starts at this point. If an unforeseen delay occurs, for example because of a product going temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you within three (3) business days via the telephone number or e-mail we are provided with an order.
