wenty-five years ago, in spring 1997, the cover story of this magazine was about a cultural exchange program between Delbarton and students from the Pueblo at Zia in New Mexico. The title was The World is Not Morris County. Delbarton has a long history of encouraging and enabling travel, beginning with the monks themselves. Over the years, members of the monastic community have taken sabbaticals as rewards for years of committed service, and some have taken personal pilgrimages.
