Working across the aisle, Senator Brown teamed up with Republican Senator Todd Young to introduce legislation that would protect Ohio jobs and level the playing field for American workers. The bipartisan Leveling the Playing Field 2.0 Act would give the Commerce Department the power to crack down on unfair trade practices and ensure we enforce the agreements we’ve made.

Senator Sherrod Brown fought hard to pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which is already bringing over $11 billion to Ohio to fix our crumbling roads and bridges, upgrade our public transportation, and create good-paying jobs right here at home.
Senator Brown stood up for American workers by making sure the infrastructure law uses American-made products, keeping our money here at home and supporting good-paying jobs in communities across the country.

Senator Brown is bringing good-paying jobs back to Ohio. He helped pass the CHIPS and Science Act, which is bringing Intel to New Albany and creating tens of thousands of new jobs in our state. Thanks to Senator Brown, Ohio is leading the way in bringing manufacturing back to America.
Senator Brown understands that our national security starts at home, which is why he took on China and Russia to protect American jobs and technology. He helped pass the Outbound Investment Transparency Act with bipartisan support in the Senate, giving us the tools to stop foreign adversaries from getting their hands on our sensitive technology.

Actions speak louder than words, and Bernie Moreno has shown time and time again that he’ll put profits over American workers.
Bernie Moreno is trying to hide his past. He was sued for not paying his workers fair wages and even tried to cover it up by destroying records. A court found him liable for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in overtime wages from his employees. Ohioans deserve a Senator who will fight for hardworking families, not someone who puts their own profits ahead of fair wages.
Despite claiming for years that he refused to do so, Moreno sold Chinese-made SUVs from his dealership. Moreno’s business decisions hurt working families. He would rather make a profit than stand by his principles.
