We use produce from Greek producers Greek PDO products: Feta cheese from Vytina, Kopanisti from Mykonos, Pihtogalo from Chania, Arseniko from Naxos and Roe from Mesologi. We use fresh vegetables and fruits that are procured daily, our beef is Greek, the chicken is fresh, minced meat is cut by us, the salmon is fresh and the “skoufihta” pasta is handmade in Crete. *“Gluten-free” designation for dietary purposes only (not medical). The olive oil we use is extra virgin (EVOO) from Mytilini (cold pressed) with 0.5% acidity. Prices can change without notice. Prices include all legal surcharges.
