INTRODUCTION DEL PRINCIPE Design Studio is the brainchild of our head designer – Andrea Corsini. Andrea hails from the picturesque Tuscany in Italy. Having been brought up in such a nourishing environment, Andrea set out to develop his personal sense of beauty by enrolling and graduating from the Accademia delle Arti e Nuove Tecnologie in Rome, in 2005. He later gained international experience by working across the Middle East, South East Asia and Europe. As an integral part of the Del Principe Design Studio, Andrea is driven to deliver outstanding designs, which will convey his ability as a masterful interiors designer, something instilled within him throughout the years of working in vibrant, multicultural environments where ideas are born through the interaction of experience, classical design processes, modern innovative thinking and the underlying sense of beauty which has driven him all these years.

MISSION STATEMENT DEL PRINCIPE’s mission is to combine our international expertise and best practices in commercial design and build with local knowledge, to create original and highly functional interiors. The founders of the company identified a gap in the Middle East market for a company which could demonstrate consistent levels of professionalism, while at the same time ensuring that our clients receive a personalized service. For members of our team, our culture rewards hard work and independent thinking, and also provides the opportunity to develop new skill-sets and talents in a dynamic, enthusiastic team environment.
VISION The vision for DEL PRINCIPE is to establish our services in the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE & Qatar. We envision settings new standards and expectations of design services for the Middle East region. DEL PRINCIPE would like to be recognised as leading the way in quality of construction, transparent pricing and processes, as well as innovative design. The long-term vision for the company would be to expand its local presence and establish an international footprint in regions experiencing high economic growth and demand for high quality design services projects. Each of the spaces we create is carefully thought out, planned, and shaped according to the personal preferences of our clients, their ideas, their culture and traditions, their vision. We pride ourselves on being able to finely craft bold designs, by employing a high sense of beauty, form, and function, to be able to move our clients with our creations and deliver individualized interiors, which place them in the center of our esthetic and innovative designs. RETAIL PROJECTS DEL PRINCIPE’s involvement in retail projects spans the entire design process from start to finish. In order to create spaces which showcase our clients’ products we select only the best and most robust materials for each project. We then craft a customized, functional, and most of all beautiful design which accentuates and emphasizes each project’s identity – its defining feature, which will set it apart and above the competition.
