Steel doors DELTA UNIVERSAL 45 can be applied as Internal or External entrance doors for offices, industrial premises, housing etc. Certificate ITT acc. to EN 14351-1+A1:2010 includes possibility to install different type of glazing. Leaf – single rebate type, 46mm thick, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5mm covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Leaf is filled with board of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and equipped with two mortise locks, three hinges and three hinge bolts. Frame made of 1,2mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. Water resistance class 3B EN-1027 applies only if installed as opened outward. Doors are offered as flat or with pressed patterns. For additional charge, we offer for this doors also: glazing, thresholds with gasket, cylinders in system keyed alike, electromechanical handles. New! – for additional charge available handles and rosettes made of stainless steel. REMARK: construction of leaf allows it’s installation also on existing steel frames. Possibility to shorten: leaf flat: 14cm, leaf with pressed pattern: 8cm ; leaf with deep pressed patterns: 5cm

ROYAL DELTA door can be shortened only to 30mm (included rebate). It is recommended to order shortened door directly from the manufacturer. Experienced install team can shorten the door on their own, after reading the shortening instructions, respecting the precautions of the instructions and installing the closing profile of bottom of the door leaf. It should be noted that shortening leafs should be the last option, wherever it is not possible to prepare sufficiently high space. Door leaf shortening is not recommended by the manufacturer, as this may decrease the functional parameters ofthe door.

Passive doors DELTA PRESTIGE are designated for homes, offices, industrial premises, housing etc. Certificate ITT acc. to EN 143511+A1:2010 includes possibility to install different type of glazing. Thermal transmittance for the doors without glazing is Ud[W/(m .K)]=0,6 but doors with glazing increase Ud[W/(m .K)] ≥0,8. Leaf – double rebate type, 88mm thick, with two gaskets. Consist of internal frame made of solid wood with stabilizing profiles inside, filled with polyurethane foam (PUR) covered both side by MFP wooden panels. From the outside leaf is covered by HPL material highly resistant for atmosphere conditions, scratches and damages. Doors are equipped with three hinges adjustable in 3 dimensions, and system lock driven by cylinder with gear type cam DELTA GD6. Frame is made of solid wood and covered with HPL material, and has additional gasket installed. Threshold is of a special construction PVC/aluminum to ensure high thermal insulation. Steel reinforced doors DELTA ENTER S can be applied as Internal or External entrance doors for offices, industrial premises, housing etc. Certificate ITT acc. to EN 14351-1+A1:2010 includes possibility to install different type of glazing. Leaf – single rebate type, 56mm thick, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.7mm covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Leaf is filled with board of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and equipped with one mortise locks, three hinges and three hinge bolts. The main lock DELTA DD6H/Z - certified class 6 acc. to EN 12209:2005 – is operated by cylinder with gear type cam. The upper and hinge sides of leaf has been reinforced to allow installation of door closer and extensive use in public locations. Frame- made of 1,5mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure, with a second gasket . Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. For additional charge, we offer for this doors also: glazing, thresholds with gasket, door frame with thermal insulation insert (profile PDT), door c l o s e r, e l e c t ro m e c h a n i c a l h a n d l e s , electromagnetic lock, knob handle.

GLAZING WITH PVC FRAMES PVC glazing frames are designed as an accessory only for UNIVERSAL, SPECIAL, PREMIUM, ENTER S and GRAND doors. Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. It is also recommended use door frames with a thermal barrier PDT (see p.36). NOTE: In case of doors relative certification ranks acc. to ENV 1627 do apply only for doors without glazing. This type of frames are characterized by a lack connection in the corners of the frame (as in the frame of PVC and ALU) and a lack of install screw caps on the inside of the door (as in the frame of PVC). With INOX frames available glass are: REFLEX, DECORMAT and MIRRORED. NOTE! INOX glazing are not available at the door of dimension 80N (except ROYAL 84S). INOX glazing in PREMIUM 100E doors, are not available in deep pressed RAMA pattern. The upper and side fanlights are designated for customers who wantsto inlet more light intothey home or office interior. Fanlights can apply to the Delta SPECIAL, PREMIUM and DE LUXE external doors, While the Delta GRAND double leaf doors can only be used with side fanlight. Due to the risk of glass breaking,fanlights are designated for rooms with low or average risk of burglary. In the modelsSPECIAL, PREMIUM and GRAND Pdoors, with fanlights results loss of IMP certification increased resistance to burglary. The frame of the fanlightsis made of steel sheet 1.5 mm in the color of the door leaf. The doors must be installed with the frame profile PD150 or PDT150. Glass of the fanlights is 24 mm thick, available in 2 version: in standard:reinforced P2 glass with reflex, and the optionalfor extra charge is reinforced P2 glass with mirrored. The upper fanlights are available in one size, applies to single 90E door. The side fanlights are available in two dimensions. The available fanlights dimensions are in the table below. In cooperation with Polish internal door manufacturer DRE company from Elblag, we introduce for sale additional decorative panels in two colors DRE - Cell Decor: golden oak rib and dark walnut rib. The 4 mm thick MDF panel is an additional element, possible to establish with Delta Special, PREMIUM or DE LUXE doors, but only for internal doors, apartment doors, measuring 80N and 90E, and in two versions: FLAT and TRENTO pressed pattern. Perfectly harmonize with interior door of DRE in the two most popular colors. Both sides established door panels increase the acoustic insulation, so important for the front door to the apartment. Decorative panels are installed to the door leaf with steel profiles in golden oak or dark walnut color, like the door frames of ourcompany. NOTE!! The DRE decorative panels colors - Cell Decor golden oak rib and dark walnut rib, are slightly different from the color of fixing profiles and door frames. Before buying, please check the existingcolor differences between the panels and door frames. At the door with decorative panels is not possible to install opening limiter.

DELTA INOX stainless steel fittings are designated and recommended for DELTA external doors. They are characterized by high resistance to weather conditions and not require periodic maintenance, as in the case of standard fittings. The fitting set include: VENUS, CARMEN, TAMARA or OLIVIA handles, daily lock escutcheon and escutcheon with protective rosette for main lock. The cylinders and opening limiter knob (mounted inside of the door) are not made of stainless steel. VENUS INOX fittings are standard accessories for ROYAL and PRESTIGE doors. All type of INOX fittings are optional accessories for an extra charge for SPECIAL, PREMIUM, DE LUXE, MAXIM, GRAND and ENTER S external doors. INOX Fittings are very close reproduction of standard fittings, available color is only the natural stainless steel. DELTA INOX Handrail can be used for SPECIAL, PREMIUM, DE LUXE, MAXIM, ROYAL and GRAND external doors. Install of the INOX Handrail is on the standard place of the handle and the upper escutcheon, so it does not require any additional interference in the door leaf. The drip profile is designated for the external doors which are opening inside, to protect of the interior in case of rain against the water ingress.During the install the upper edge of the profile must be sealed with colorless silicone.

The leaf closing profile is assumed at the bottom of the door leaf in case of selfshortened or when the door is exposed to hard conditions of use (frequent opening, warehouses, etc.). Closing profile prevents waving and delamination in the bottom of the door, reinforces and stabilizes the structure of the door leaf.

Low outdoor temperatures, high humidity and poor ventilationinside the building can cause frost or sweating on steel frames made of one-piece p r o f i l e . To r e d u c e t h i s phenomenon DELTA, first in Poland, introduced the warm steel frames with a thermal barrier (PMT and PDT) inspired by aluminum profiles.

For these kind of frames we offer a n u m b e r o f t h re s h o l d s w i t h additional gasket (see page 33). Frames for MAXIM and PRESTIGE doors are described on pages 15 and 17.

THRESHOLDS DESCRIPTION DELTA thresholdswith gasket are made of three types of materials (PVC, ALU, wood) depending on the type of application. PVC thresholds can be used for internalor external doors. Their advantage is a good thermal insulation and similar color to the door leafs and frames from the DELTA offer. They apply only to the frames of UNI, UNI NC, P55 and PUprofile. ALU (aluminum) thresholds can be used for internalor external doors. Their advantage is high visual aesthetics and resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion. They apply to all types of frames from the DELTA offer. Oak wooden thresholds can be used for internalor external doors, but except the external door opening inside. Blend well with floors made of natural woodenmaterials. ELECTROMECHANICAL HANDLES Electromechanical handle systems with digital code, proximity card or fingerprints are particularly recommended for houses, offices and other applications where you do not want to carry a key, and there is no risk of burglary. The system disconnects only the handle lever from lock`s latch, and connects it again upon positive verification. The system can be switched off permanently or temporarily (permanently open function) for example, during family events. At any time it is possible to open the door from the outside using a key of the handle lock or from inside with the handle. Closing the handle lock with key makes blockingthe mechanical bolts which disallows the door open without a handle lock key. DELTA electromechanical handles can be applied to any DELTA door model and the most of other manufacturers doors on the market. NOTE! NOTE!
