Decorative applications INOX are used both in internal entrance and external DELTA doors. Those are the stainless steel stripes fixed into the surface of door leaf in order to diversify its looks. The usage of stainless steel ensures weather resistance. Applications could be used one- or two-sidedly. INOX applications are to be used in the following Delta door types: Universal, Special, Premium, DeLuxe, Maxim, Royal and Magnum.

In cooperation with Polish internal door producer DRE company from ElblÄ&#x2026;g, we are offering additional decorative facings (panels) in colours DRE - Cell Decor: golden oak rib and dark walnut rib. MDF panels in thickness of 4mm are an additional element that could be used in Delta Special, Premium or De Luxe doors, but only in internal doors, flat entrance doors, in sizes 80N and 90E and in two versions of TRENTO pattern: plain and pressed. They perfectly fit to internal DRE doors in those two, the most popular facings. Additionally two-sidedly installed panels increase the acoustic protection factor being very important in flat entrance doors. Decorative panels are fixed to the door leaf by steel profiles in golden oak and dark walnut colours, same as on our companyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s frames. NOTE !!! Colouring of decorative panels DRE - Cell Decor golden oak rib and dark walnut rib may be slightly different from the colouring of fixing profiles and frames. Please check the differences in colours between panels and frames before purchase. In doors with panels there is not possible to install an opening limiter. For panel doors we use ONLY oak threshold with P or PD profile. DELTA doors with panels could be shortened by 5cm ONLY by producer.

Stainless steel fittings INOX are characterised by high weather resistance and they do not require periodic maintenance, as in case of standard fittings. The set consists of: handle, upper lock escutcheon and cylinder protective plate. Lock cylinders and opening limiter knob are not made of stainless steel. INOX fittings are available in silver colour only. Handrail fixing are using the handle holes and the upper lock rosette of the door leaf. From the inside classic handle and escutcheon TAMARA'2 INOX is used. When INOX handrail or firm knob handle EWA INOX is used in Delta doors, opening of the door is only possible with the use of the bottom lock key. Knob handle EWA INOX is set together with the inside Carmen INOX handle.

DELTA steel frames are made of high quality galvanized steel in thickness of 1,2 or 1,5 mm, laminated with PVC in door leaf colour. Low external temperatures, increased humidity and wrong ventilation can cause frosting or perspiration (condensing of damp) on steel frames made out of one-piece profile inside the building. To reduce such process DELTA, as the first one in Poland, introduced in sales warm steel frames with a thermal barrier (PDT and PMT) patterned on aluminium profiles and wooden-aluminium ODA frames. Steel frames with a thermal barrier can be used in external SPECIAL, PREMIUM, DE LUXE, GRAND and ROYAL 84S Delta doors. Wooden-aluminium ODA frames can be applied in external M A X I M 6 8 , PERFECT 68S PERFECT 68X and ROYAL 84S Delta doors. Whereas to Delta PRESTIGE type laminated wooden frame SafePanel (HPL) with DH profile is used. We offer several thresholds with a gasket for the above mentioned frames. (see page 39).

THRESHOLDS

DELTA thresholds with a gasket are made out of three types of materials (PVC, ALU, wood) depending on its purpose. PVC thresholds could be used both inside and outside the building facility. Their advantage is good thermal insulation and similarity in colour to offered by DELTA door leafs and frames. Another benefit is their high esthetics, as well as their resistance towards mechanical damages and wearing off. They are applied with all frames offered by DELTA. Oak threshold could be used both inside and outside of the building facility, with an exception of external doors opened inside. They are going well with the floors from natural, wood derivative materials. The thresholds are applied to all frames offered by DELTA. PVC/ALU threshold with ODA profile is used for wooden-aluminium frames in external doors with a rebate in the bottom of doors (MAXIM, ROYAL, PERFECT, PRESTIGE). It has very good thermal insulation and water resistance parametres.

ELECTROMAGNETIC BLOCKADE

For doors opened inside the building facility. It impoves water resistancy. During the assembly it should be insulated with a colourless silicone from the upper side.

Bottom closing profile is used after self-shortening of the door leaf or in Delta doors, which are exposed to rough conditions of use. The profile prevents from waving and delamination of the door bottom, strengthens and reinforces the door structure.

Electromagnetic blockade 12V AC/DC installed in a frame is used in P55, PU and PD profiles. It is applied in DELTA SPECIAL, PREMIUM and DE LUXE doors.

SELF-CLOSING HINGE

Delta OUDE door closer is available in silver and white colour. Could be applied in MAGNUM door series.

ELECTROMECHANICAL HANDLES AND HOTEL LOCKS SYSTEM

HANDLES with the electromechanical lock

Electromechanical handles Delta GI2324 opened with a numerical code or proximity card are highly recommended in houses and offices as an indoor or outdoor lock. Whereas the electronic handles Delta GZF opened with a fingerprint or numerical code are suitable for indoor only. Both can be used wherever you do not want to carry the key and the burglary risk is minor. The system blocks only the usage of the external handle, which is unjoined from the lock’s latch. The handles could be disconnected permanently or temporarily, so called “permanently open” function, for example, during a family meeting. Anytime it is possible to open the door from the outside with a cylinder key or from the inside using the internal handle. Locking the cylinder with the key causes mechanical pull out of the bolt, which enables any other way of opening the door without using the cylinder key. Handles with DELTA electromechanical lock could be used in any type of DELTA doors, as well as in the majority of doors of other producers available on the market. NOTE! The order for the handles with the electromechanical lock should always include the information on the door opening side and direction, i.e.: right, opened inside.

HOTEL LOCK SYSTEM The complex hotel lock system controlled with proximity cards RFID TEMIC 125kHz type together with the software is designed for the institutions such as hotels, guest houses etc. The electromechanical handle Delta LS 8008 and fittings Delta LS 8008 and Delta LS 8015 were tested by the Fire Research Department of the Building Research Institute in Warsaw and can be used in fire rated doors Delta MAGNUM EI230.
