PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Dema Clasic Tunnel Form System (DCTFS) is a tried and tested formwork. The system has successfully completed millions of homes worldwide over the past 50+ years. Recognized as a Modern Method of Construction (MMC) yet the same model has been manufactured in similar format for over 50 years. Lightweight yet strong by design the DCTFS gets the job done day in day out and generally needing maximally a 8 ton crane, therefore saving costs on crane upgrading. This tunnel formwork is the system of choice for the smaller project with a 200-350m2 floorplan daily concrete pour. With care the formwork can be reutilized between 500-1000 times. No other fprmwork is as durable as Tunnel Formwork! In terms of speed there is no other building system that can match the tunnel form system. With its all steel wall and slab facing, an unmatched surface finish is attained that can be directly painted. Requiring a team of 20-30 to operate labour savings are a huge advantage. Planning is coordinated to match the efficiency necessary for a daily concrete pour, there is also very little construction waste at site and finally the system, is proven earthquake safe.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Dema Classic Plus Tunnel Formwork System (DCTFS+), Has the same essential proven features of the Dema Classic Tunnel Formwork System as well as some ingenuitive additions. A special design allows for attaining accurate and quick levelling and plumb when positioning the formwork for concreting. With the diagonal adjusting member and the forked wheel unit the levelling is simplified and with the special adjusting mechanism vertical and horizontal positioning only needs to be checked every 5 to 6 floors. The third and top cross member gives vital strength and rigidity duly adding life to the formwork. This 3rd cross member although not required on the DCTFS, is vital on any system with this diagonal adjusting and support system. DCTFS+ biggest advantage is that exsting classic system user canfully integrate this system into their existing classic systems without any difficulty. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Dema Advanced Tunnel Form System (DATFS) is an improvement on perfect, allowing concrete to be poured upto 1.5 hours earlier each day! Due to the quick release diagonal adjusting prop the DATFS does not need manual adjustment at every usage; additionally the quick set and release system means that the formwork can be struck from the concrete surface with two easy movements, releasing the prop and lowering the jacks. The 3rd cross beam at the top of the vertical panels is vital with any diagonal prop load bearing system as it provides the necessary rigidity to the stress bearing joint of the horizontal and vertical panels ensuring the formwork does not distort and warp over time and therefore creating either a ‘lip’ on the concrete surface or needing repair/replacement. To remove the system there is a wide clog free roller manufactured with sealed bearings to ensure a smooth movement. In fact the formwork can be moved with just a single hand. The rollers also minimize any damage to the floors when removing the formwork. Finally there are compartments for tools and to assist the tunnel form workers in moving the formwork accessories to the next floor/pour location. Due to the additional speed in placement and removal the formwork allows a slightly larger floorplan to be completed daily and is preferred for the 350-500m2+ a day layouts.
