Cast Acrylic Sheet Clear

High quality clear cast acrylic sheet ideal for laser cutting and forming. Manufactured to a high standard, providing impact and UV resistance, good thermal stability and low water asorption. It is very easy to work with and cast in particular is recommended for CNC machining.

Extruded Mirror Acrylic Sheet

Single sided mirrored extruded acrylic with a mirror foil coating on one side of 3mm clear acrylic. Great for displays, custom mirrors, interior fittings and can be cut on a laser cutter, just ensure you cut the material on the non mirrored side.

Acrylic Rod Light Gathering

Coloured acrylic rods which can be bent and worked as normal acrylic. Colours are lightgathering and fluoresce, this is where light is collected and transmitted to the ends of the rods giving a bright light effect even in daylight.

Polypropylene Sheet

An extremely tough plastic for durable folders, binders, boxes and dispensers. Score before bending to produce a plastic hinge that can be folded millions of times. It is virtually impossible to tear, resistant to water, oil, most chemicals and high temperatures.

You can vacuum extruded acylic!

It requires pre-drying in an oven at a temperature below the softening point and it is recommended that the material is formed immediately after pre-drying for optimum results. Go on, give it a go!
