NOW. . M Y 2 2 N D YEAR IN REAL E S T A T E Wow. What a doozy of a time we have had over the past 3 years! I see clients, friends, families and colleagues near and far communicate, gather resources, highlight their unique gifts & skills, share, and lend a helping hand. We are continuing to support those that are struggling. Cheer on the winners. Boost the those being challenged. I didn't think it would be as mentally and physically hard. Did you? And we have passed the 2 year anniversary. I felt a change was needed after this whole period of isolation and dramatic turn around in the way we connect. I felt a total revamp was needed to get back to the basics of real estate. Back to being 1-on-1 and up-front and personal. I felt the need for closer communication, simplification, decluttering, fresh air, nature, reduction in stress, more time with family, a desire to increase our feelings of health? So I went back to my roots of my career started in 2001 of being a successful solopreneur. A Realtor without a team. So I dissolved the LEADING EDGE REAL ESTATE TEAM.
CONT I N U E D . . . And I have ramped up my love of being a Listing Specialist. I love everything that goes into selling a home. The relationship with a home owner. The preparation for sale. Another point you may notice over time and in my marketing is that I have always focused on quality, not quantity. I have never marketed myself as #1 in Sales Volume, #1 in Commission Earned, #1 In my Office. Nor #1 in RE/MAX.
