In fact, buyers are often attracted to a general location, a neighbourhood, or even a certain street well before settling on a specific home. Understanding your home’s neighbourhood and location’s positives and negatives are important to know when determining price, but is actually very significant in the marketing of your home. Misconceptions, preconceptions and knowing the nuances of the neighbourhood can make a significant difference in how a home is marketed, when it is shown and how it is positioned. Aerial drone videos and photography have proven crucial when highlighting unique locations and views that cannot be seen at ground level.

HOME INSPECTION We often recommend a pre-listing building inspection so that any small repairs can be dealt with, and to also make sure we disclose any major future repairs or projects that may affect the price during negotiation.
