Pittsburgh PA 15122 $75 Computer Repair PickUp and Dropoff Service When dropping off the computer for repair or service we have a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week pickup and drop off area open to the public. To drop your computer off, simply fill out an invoice and put a copy in the drop off box with the computer. The service will begin that day with an update following the next day via phone. Please try to provide details of what you would like to have done to expedite services. If your computer requires hardware or you want to upgrade we will call you and inform you of prices and options. When work is complete we will call you and you can arrange pickup or pay over the phone with a credit card and pickup anytime. If your computer was picked up you can choose to have it dropped off as part of the $35 pickup fee. If you dropped off your computer and would like to have it dropped off and setup the $35 fee would apply. We offer pickup and drop off computer repair service for personal and businesses at a flat rate price of just $75 for all labor & services, the only time you will pay more is if you need hardware or want to upgrade with no surprise costs or fees. We charge $35 to come out up to 30 miles from our location, we do make exceptions beyond 30 miles but an additional service fee applies depending on the additional mileage. And of course if you drop off there is no pickup or drop off fee. Your private data and personal information is of our highest importance, which is why we keep your data intact and your personal information secure. Our technician will ask you a few questions to make sure everything is the way you want it, giving you a wide variety of options. If your computer needs to be reloaded your data will be saved on a secure drive and restored afterwards. Also your personal information stays personal such as passwords, business documents, pictures and other related documents.
