Prior to returning any merchandise to JILZARAH, please obtain an RMA number* by either:

WE WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS for sending your item back to us. We’ll repair it right away and even pay return shipping!
WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING within the contiguous U.S. Once you have contacted us to obtain an RMA number for any of the return reasons listed, we will be happy to e-mail you a prepaid electronic return shipping label that you may print.
