squander a moment of creativity you never wanted to waste away. We have been steeped in the legend of an immensely reliable person who has changed a small committee into a ripe community and spurred us on ever since weâ€&#x;ve been a part of his team, adding a sparkle to the training committee with his energy and loving heart while taking over his responsibilities and work to the fullest.

the definition of the word “leader” from a wholly different perspective as u know just how to hit the nail on the head when it comes to your work and social relations. We just hope you keep perking up the committee with your amazingly creative ideas that always grave tangible change in our lives and do progress smoothly with the IADS as a whole.
You are the spring of inspiration when you buckle down and make everyone around you get busy, and now that the training committee represents the cream of the crop, we‟re lost for words against your consistent determination and hard work. And with every passing day we can only watch our hearts grow fonder for you.
And maybe those few words fall short of expressing the deep appreciation and huge love we devote for you, but they shall represent the least we can do to show you even a small image of the special impression you‟ve left in each and every one of us.

“I've been told to keep this as short as possible due to lack of space. So I‟ll try to sum this up. I'm writing this for my friend and my work buddy Dr. Adham Shorbagy who I have been working with for the past 5 years through DSSA EGYPT. I can‟t say anything about him other than, very creative, extremely active, and those of you who know him probably have noticed how he manages to maintain good relationships with everyone. In April 2012, Adham and I went for the first collaboration with IFMSA in an attempt to initialize the training committee. We started working on the national level during 2012. But throughout this year I've noticed how the training committee has rocketed to an international level (Tunisia, Dubai, and Now Italy) Also I have to mention that Adham is one of the founders of the H.A.W. theory "hello and welcome" which proved to be a great ice breaking strategy that comforted all of the new members that tried to join us or join our activities. Unfortunately I had to leave this year for some studies in the U.S. and haven't had the chance to work with Adham for the past 7 months. Absolutely, Looking forward to the next project together.. He has definitely made it lucid that a chain is no stronger than its weakest link, the cornerstone principle that keeps us maintain a smooth work progress and, ultimately, a successful committee. No wonder that his great experience and talent, juggling work and passion, have amazingly rousted the negativity out of the minds of the trainers around him and kept the committee going strong while representing the picture of a sincere endeavor that clearly speaks a thousand words to the people who deeply admire his personality.
