The redesigned dropout is hollow forged using a state-of-the-art method. This makes it extremely sturdy and light. In addition, the improved stand integration and the „concealed“ pannier rack mount looks very harmonious. The clean lines make for a tidier-looking bike.*

For the frame, the aluminium tubes are formed in a complex process in an enclosed mould with the aid of a water/ oil emulsion and an internal pressure of up to 3,000 bar. The controlled deformation of the frame tube enables us to produce up to three different wall thicknesses within the piece. This creates a frame that combines optimal strength and low weight.*

The carefully produced aluminium welds on the head tube and seat tube are painstakingly filled and smoothed. This gives the bike a clean, seamless look and an impressive finish!*

4. CONCEALED PANNIER RACK MOUNT The exclusively developed pannier rack mount is concealed under the mudguard. This maximises stability and makes for very clean lines.*
