4. SCLEROTHERAPY VEIN TREATMENT Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to treat smaller veins (1-4mm in diameter) and “spider veins”. Sclerotherapy involves the injection with a fine needle of a solution directly into these veins, causing them to collapse. Compression is then applied by wearing schlero compression stockings for 2 consecutive weeks after your treatment to close the veins and over a period of time the vein will heal in this way and eventually fade away. 2. MEDICAL CHEMICAL SKIN PEELS A chemical peel is a skin resurfacing procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to improve and smooth the texture.
