A message from Emma Hobson Dear valued Dermalogica customer, As governments and agencies around the world move to contain COVID-19 (Coronavirus), at dermalogica we are also taking the right precautions to look after you, your team and that of our staff’s health and wellbeing. On Monday 16th March we made the difficult decision to suspend all face to face training activities be that on or off site, until the 17th April, at this point we will reassess the situation regarding how we proceed moving forward. We apologies for the disruption this will have on your business, however in such unpresented times, we ask for your understanding. In replacement of any face to face training that has been booked between these dates (workshops, in-centre training etc.) we will be offering you the opportunity to continue your Dermalogica education via D-Stream (webinar), we also have our on-line learning portal where such courses as DNA day one and two can be done easily on line. To compensate for the removal of face to face workshops on the calendar we will be increasing the volume and times we offer our workshops via D-Stream. We will be sending out a revised calendar for you to review and book yourself and your team into these sessions. We have created an exciting ‘Digital Fast Track Your Way to Expert Status’ that can be achieved in a amazing two-week-only time frame. This is a fantastic opportunity to achieve your Expert Status and start to receive the awards and accolades that being a Dermalogica Expert offers. Bookings can easily be made on line, at the same time we will have our Front Desk Education Team manning the phones to take your bookings and answering your enquiries. We will also have our training team available to take your calls and provide any help and support you may require. Fast track your way to expert status digitally We appreciate these are challenging times, and now more than ever we want to offer you support, encouragement and a new focus during this downturn. The good news is, we’ve changed up our calendar, tripled our d-stream offering and made all our workshops available for you via d-stream and online. All this means that you can fast track your way to Expert status within weeks. Skills training is an immensely important part of your success and by upskilling during these quieter times you will be able to come back better, stronger and with a heightened level of expertise. Once we see the industries return to normality, you will be able to market yourself as an expert to future customers. Our Dermalogica d-stream workshops are delivered live and our expert trainers are focused on ensuring you receive the same high-quality experience you would when attending face-to-face. Using state-of the-art technology, exclusive workshops will be streamed live from a Dermalogica training school to all locations across Australia, making it possible for Dermalogica accounts to gain exceptional knowledge and skills from the comfort of their own treatment centre. With d-streaming, accessing Dermalogica’s award winning post-graduate education has never been easier or more convenient for businesses facing travel challenges. Students attending a d-stream workshop will be able to interact with the instructor for an authentic classroom experience. Real-time, hands-on training will also be offered, allowing students to learn new techniques and procedures, which they can perform in their own treatment room. Regardless of your location, you can now easily stream your way to becoming a Dermalogica Expert.
