Mel Sunshine has worked in the skincare industry running her own business, Essential Therapy, for over 30 years and most of those with Dermalogica. She has experience in running a large skin centre with 10 staff and has always adhered to a 50:50 balance between service and retail. She now works 4 days a week from a treatment room at home and has found the perfect work-life balance.

The Dermalogica Ambassador programme is a platform which invites the most experienced of Dermalogica Skin Therapists to share their business stories with positivity and passion, helping to inspire the larger community - be it other Skin Therapists seeking advice, or delivering efficacious product advice and results to valued customers.

Each of the Dermalogica Ambassadors were selected from an extensive list of amazing Skin Therapists for a myriad of reasons. They are all extremely experienced professional therapists and have been working with Dermalogica between 10-20 years. Many of the ambassadors have also openly embraced the digital marketing movement, showcasing the power of Social Media and PR within their businesses.
