LegenDerry Food Fair About us The LegenDerry Food Festival is 2 day festival showcasing the wealth and range of local food stuffs on offer in Northern Ireland. With themes from ‘plot to plate’ and ‘grown here not flown here’ it celebrates all that is local. In line with NIs Year of Food and Drink 2016, March is Heritage and Traditions month - many of our finest chefs, food and drink producers use methods and recipes that have been passed down for generations. The LegenDerry Food Festival is a celebration of everything that makes produce from this place so good.

In the Marquee

Check out all the action in the Festival Marquee in the Guildhall Square, where every day, from 12 - 6pm, top chefs will serve up a feast of the finest local produce. Over 20 restaurants will take to The Boulevard of Chefs to showcase some of the signature dishes which make the LegenDerry experience so special. Find out what’s on trend in the Theatre of Food with masterclasses from some of Ireland’s top ccelebrity chefs including Paul Rankin, Michael Deane, Emmett McCourt, Ian Orr, Paula McIntyre and Brian McDermott, alongside some of Derry’s culinary stars from local restaurants.
