Southeast Valley Cities Neighborhood Activity Report

Market Update:

July

There are a lot of news stories about the market. Here’s what the facts tell us, we have less homes on the market than a year ago. Five of the seven Southeast Valley cities/towns we report on, have less than 350 Active listings. Days on Market is below 50 in all 7. The number of homes sold was down slightly month over month. There are certain price ranges receiving multiple offers ($450,000 and below). We know the market is tough right now due to lack of inventory and interest rates. However, buyers are still purchasing homes. As we head into the back-to-school season, we often see a quieter July & August. Do you have questions about your specific situation?
