Hey There!
I’m Cheryl Wood with Happy Cactus Homes. In 2018, we moved to Arizona for a better quality of life. I started a home staging business helping Realtor’s stage their listings and fell in love with the whole process of selling and buying homes. I had found my calling.
I became a realtor in January 2020 to their dream or sell their current home and make the process a fun adventure!
My husband is a retired Police Sergeant and our twelve-year old daughter races barrels and poles. We currently live on an acre in Waddell with 20 chickens, 3 dogs, bar n cats and my daughter’s 2 horses.
I truly enjoy serving the West valley communities of Arizona with all their home buying and selling needs. I look forward to helping your family.
