STAGING While an agent may suggest a good cleaning and decluttering, it’s sometimes critical to convey the true potential of the home through staging and design. Over 90 percent of home buyers start their search online, and photos of newly staged homes will not only attract buyers to information about the home, but bring them to the front door. One way is to stage the space by playing on emotional connection points that will appeal to buyers and stand out in their minds when it is time to make an offer, according to US News and World Report. A Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. survey found that STAGED homes spent half the time of unstaged homes on the market, and sold for more than 6% above asking price!
