BASIC CEVICHE 1 pound mahi mahi 3/4 cup lime juice 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried oregano
Mix the ceviche with the mango sauce and add remaining ingredients. Season with salt. Cut open the avocado and remove pit. Score with knife and season with salt. Place ceviche on top of avocado. Garnish with mango sauce, lime round and cilantro. Serves four.
