President Trump’s historic visit to India on February 24, 2020, was an important step towards the partnership between the world’s largest and oldest democracies of the world. India’s pact with Russia remains unaffected by defense deals with the US. However, with innovation and constantly evolving technology of defense production, the US is a necessary ally in India’s fight against terrorism.

President Trump kicked off his 36 hour visit to India with official engagements and negotiations in New Delhi.
