Dear Readers,
It’s that time of year when the days become shorter and the seasons change again. We are reaching the end of the year 2022, so let me take this opportunity to thank the Almighty for a healthy and stress free year in comparison to the years 2020 and 2021.
Let me also thank all of our paid subscribers. With your support, Desh-Videsh’s paid subscriptions have jumped to a record level and I am happy to report to you that these subscriptions are coming from all over the US. That is why we have changed the footer in all of our e-blasts to “Desh-Videsh Media Group Now Serving Entire USA. Headquarters: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33321”
While talking to our wedding professional customers, I have noticed that it has been a banner year for Indian weddings. The year 2022 saw a big jump in the number of weddings, and 2023 is going to be an even bigger year for Indian weddings. It is the same for non-Indian weddings, too. By the time we are done with 2022, there will be 2.6 million couples who this year started their new journey together, a number we have not seen in nearly 40 years. Looking at these numbers it is clear that, as the saying goes, “Love never goes out of style.”
Speaking of love, this issue features six love-and-wedding stories. These wedding stories came from all over the USA including Texas, California, Illinois and, of course, our home state of Florida. It seems like the Hard Rock resort in Punta Cana has become a favorite for Indian destination weddings. In fact, in this issue readers can check out the story of Anandi & Rushi’s destination wedding in Punta Cana. As in the past, we chose these stories for publication based on their uniqueness.
These real wedding stories feature the love stories and decoration and design details of some of our favorite weddings, which were the result of much planning by the brides and grooms, and the hard work of some talented wedding professionals.
If you are getting married or engaged in the very near future, this is one of the most exciting times in your life as you celebrate and begin your next chapter. Wherever you are in the planning stages, we are thrilled you chose to be here with us as you gather bits and pieces that resonate with your vision for your special day. Our special wedding resource issue of Desh-Videsh gives you a variety of choices and ideas for the vendors that will help make your wedding day perfect.
Wedding planning, although exciting, can be a challenge and can sometimes be overwhelming. We are here to take a bit of that stress away! This special issue can help you choose the perfect location or wedding destination, the invitations, and your attire for the ceremony and reception. It’s important to find a wedding planner and event designer who will understand and interpret your personal style. Seek out a photographer who will artfully capture your love story. Be inspired by lively discussions about what you and your partner truly desire for your day, and dream up the details that will embody your love. Remember, both of you are part of one team.
Also remember the 7th promise out of Saptapadi: To build a life filled with friendship, love, and mutual trust. Saptapadi (literally translating to seven steps in Sanskrit) refers to the seven promises of marriage that a bride and groom take with each step of their wedding rituals. These seven vows are believed to provide a foundation around which strong and long-lasting relationships are built. Saptapadi originated in Vedic era and we have come a long way from then, but all of these still hold true when both the bride and the groom promise these to one another as equals.
We cannot wait to see your own completely unique wedding come to life!
If you want to be included in the next special wedding issue of Desh-Videsh, please send your wedding details to info@deshvidesh.com
Happy Planning and an even happier ever after!!

Anandi &
Rushi
Lightyear Studio
Even with the many challenges of a long-distance relationship, the bonds of love and togetherness never faded between Anandi Mandania and Rushi Gajjar. Anandi, a resident of New Jersey, and Rushi, who lives in Dallas, met each other while taking vacations at a beautiful Mexican destination. On the first anniversary of their relationship they went on vacation, again to Mexico, where it all started. Rushi proposed to Anandi on a beautiful beach during a private dinner. Anandi had been wishing that Rushi would propose, and when the moment arrived she was overwhelmed with joy and ecstasy.
Three years after their engagement the two were married on November 20, 2021. It was a destination wedding at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, along Macao Beach, in the Dominican Republic. They enlisted the help of Shaadi Destinations to arrange the venue, date and transportation, but the wedding events were conceived and planned by the couple.
Among the pre-wedding celebrations, Sangeet had a Caribbean and fun atmosphere. The guests enjoyed a fire dance performance and stalls serving Indian snacks were offered. Pani Puri and Vodka Puri were super hits. At Haldi, all the guests wore magenta outfits while
the bride and groom wore yellow, making for beautiful pictures of the event.
The wedding was an outdoor ceremony in the morning. With beautiful water views in the background, the Mandap décor was kept minimal. Rushi arrived on horseback. There was a dress code for the guests, with women wearing dresses in pastel shades. Both sets
of parents wore emerald green, and the bridal party wore pista green. A DJ played music and the couple and their guests danced with enthusiasm and joy.
The reception featured a travel theme, based on all of the places the couple have visited. The seating arrangements also had travel themes. They had lighted crowns. Spanish, Bollywood, Caribbean and other kinds of music were played and there were dance performances by the couple and their families.
Rushi was mesmerized by the sight of Anandi in her wedding attire. Her father, too, compared his daughter’s glow to a diamond. During his speech at the reception, he emotionally told Rushi that he is entrusting his precious diamond to him and Rushi should make sure she always glows. It was a funfilled wedding, and the memories of the special day will always be cherished by the couple.

Milan Anika &
It seems like the power of online dating can surprise everyone or anyone. Milan and Anika connected on DilMil at the beginning of 2019. The spark was there the moment they swiped right. On October 5, 2020, in the midst of a pandemic Milan was ready to move to the next chapter of their relationship. With the blessings of Maharaj, Swami, and both of their parents, Milan proposed to Anika at the William Vale Rooftop in New York City where the skyline was as stunning as Anika. Milan got down on one knee, and of course Anika said “Yes”!
The overall planning of the wedding took exactly one year with the help of Monica Cullen, owner and lead planner of As You Wish, weddings and events. Anika and Milan decided to get married on a very special day, October 31st 2021.
Anika had her dream wedding planned way before she met Milan. She knew since the age of 8, that her wedding venue would be at Gaylord Palms in Orlando Florida, in the beautiful atrium.
Anika first got all the venues picked out, then it was time for the most important thing for Anika, the outfits! Anika picked all their outfits months in advance so they could be incorporated in the boxed wedding invitation. On the back of each insert, Anika wanted illustrations of them in their outfits for each special event.
Both Anika and Milan had their pre-wedding celebration together. Mendhi and Vidhi was held at the Villas, giving it an intimate, and home feeling. The Garba event was held at B Resort near Disney Springs. Milan and Anika had a grand Garba, the to-be husband and wife entered on a Riksha styled bicycle with Dhol players leading the way around family and friends. Dreams to Reality did all the decorations for all 4 days. The owner, Mejoo and her team did an outstanding job. With different street food stalls which are seen in India,
to the amazing Dhol players, and the incredible DJ Krish the entire night was a celebration that no one could forget. Anika planned the theme of Garba to be traditional deep rich colors of India, making it a vibrant night.
The Gaylord Palms wedding venue is situated under a beautiful glass atrium, offering natural lighting and lush landscapes. The Wedding itself had a royal and bright feel. Anika and Milan both in light pink and lilac, their elaborate outfits by Ekta Solanki made in London UK, stole the show.
Anika knew with being modern she wanted to add something traditional to her wedding outfit, so she added a bandhani duppata. With Milan’s pagh trimming to the complete the whole outfit with the bhandhani theme. It all contrasted with the venue and the colors. Milan arrived in a horse and carriage, and Anika came down the aisle with Swaminaryan Bhawgan. In between the ceremony the guests were given out Kulfi ice cream and fresh Passion fruit juice.
With great effort, sleepless nights, and dedication they successfully

Akaash
First, it was a dance team and then Statistics tuition that made Manisha and Akaash closer to each other. Gradually they started liking each other and finally, the cupid struck and they began dating in 2016. After dating and knowing each other for 4 years, Akaash took Manisha to Nashville, the heart of Manisha’s favorite country music. On the fourth anniversary of their first date, he proposed to her amidst floral carpet and floral heart, getting down on one knee. The answer was a delightful yes with the happiness of spending the rest of their lives together.
Finally, it was on March 5, 2022, that they decided to tie the marital knot. As both were from Orlando, they decided to have the celebrations locally and chose B Resort & Spa as the wedding venue and hired the wedding planner Big Guava Events. Instead of celebrating separately, the couple had their prewedding ceremonies together. The Haldi and Vidhi were done outdoors with simple yet elegant décor with a backdrop of a dome made of greenery combined with lots of fresh flowers. At the end of Haldi, both of them had mango lassi, and champagne and their friends poured a bucket of ice-cold water on the couple. On the second day, they had the Sangeet night with a dance floor, food stations, a photo booth and a surprise dance performance by the bridesmen.
The wedding took place in the morning, inside the ballroom. The decoration was minimalistic. The walkway started with two pillars with fresh roses and greenery and the white floor had floating candles and fresh roses that ended with the Mandap with a backdrop of greenery and fresh flowers. Akaash arrived in a yellow jeep decorated with white flowers. He played a dhol throughout the dance and was joined by Manisha afterwards. Bollywood, Afropop, and Punjabi songs were played for dancing. Soft Bollywood songs were played in the background during the wedding ceremonies.
The reception did not have a specific theme. There was a dance floor with a gold-marbled design and an entwined M and A in the middle. The head tables had heightened candles, greenery and pink florals on top of a bright pink tablecloth. The rest of the tables had a small low variation of florals to avoid the guests’ view of the dancefloor. Each of the 290 guests enjoyed the party thoroughly. The first song was Mann Ki Lagan by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan followed by Dil Le Gayi Kudi followed by speeches and a wonderful performance by friends on the couple’s relationship. There was also a remembrance table for the loved ones who were no longer with them.
The couple enjoyed every moment of their special event in presence of their close ones and it will remain a precious memory for them.

& Neha Vishal
It was, perhaps, love at first sight for Neha Mahtani and Vishal Chatlani. They met at a wedding where Neha was the groom’s cousin and Vishal was the bride’s brother. They could feel an instant connection between them, and after the wedding they kept in touch and often visited each other’s cities to meet. They liked each other, and after a few months Vishal surprised Neha with a marriage proposal in the presence of both their families in Barbados.
The lovebirds vowed to take their relationship to the next stage by entering a marital bond. The date was fixed on July 15, 2021. Since the pandemic was still dominant at that time, they decided to have a destination wedding and Orlando was a convenient city for both their families to reach. The couple booked the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress as the venue.
They hired the wedding planner Eventrics, and the theme of their wedding was The Magical Event. Every event featured a magical theme: the Welcome Dinner was Cirque-themed, the Sangeet had an Enchanted Forest theme and the reception was Harry Potter-themed. Everything was beautifully designed and efficiently managed.
Since it was a mid-July wedding, an outdoor setting was not the right choice, so the couple decided on an indoor wedding where it would be cool and comfortable. Vishal walked down the aisle with his parents, followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen. To make it special for the couple, Neha asked each person in the wedding party to hold up signs that had her vows written on them as they walked down the aisle.
The reception décor was wonderfully coordinated and looked beautiful. The bride and groom entered to an instrumental version of the theme song from “Friends.” The couple danced to the Coke Studio version of “Afreen Afreen,” by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Momina Mustehsan. Near the end of the song, the immediate family members joined in, and the bride danced with her father, the groom with his mother and the bride’s and groom’s families with one another.
The festivities of the wedding recreated the magical bond between Neha and Vishal, who were delighted to start their new journey of life in the presence of their family and friends.

Dhrudeep
Sometimes a connection is eternal and predestined, the kind that happens all of a sudden and heralds a new beginning. The bonding between Khushbu and Dr. Dhrudeep was just like that. It all began with Instagram, followed by a long Facetime chat.
Through these virtual interactions, the duo discovered the common thread of compatibility between them. They began dating and finally, Dhrudeep proposed to Khushbu on a trip to Miami. Khushbu knew that she would marry Shiv (Dhrudeep), however, the proposal was exciting and pleasing for her.
And then the preparations for the marriage between the lady accountant and the handsome doctor began. They did not hire a wedding planner; instead, the enthusiastic couple did all the preparatory work. The marriage date was fixed on May 28, 2022. Khushbu wanted the ceremony to be held at her home, in the backyard, and both the bride and her groom wanted a small and simple wedding ceremony. However, starting with only 50 guests, the list grew bigger, reaching 140!
Shiv’s parents are based in Canada and his brother is in India. With the longer guest list the couple decided the wedding venue would be the Peoria Hindu Temple in Illinois, close to Khushu’s home. Pre-wedding ceremonies of Mehndi, Gruh Pooja and Pithi were celebrated at Khushbu’s home and backyard. Mehndi was a close family affair, with the bride pampering herself with a warm gettogether and dancing. Gruh Puja had traditional and minimalistic décor with marigolds. The Puja was observed for both Khushbu and Shiv. Pithi or Haldi, too, was celebrated by the couple at the bride’s home.
The wedding took place in the morning and the couple wanted only natural flowers for décor. Since it was outside, on the lawn of the Hindu Temple, they used pastel-shaded florals to contrast with the lawn’s natural greens. Khushbu had two entries: one to welcome her groom and exchange garlands, and the other, a ceremonial entry. For the first entry, she climbed down beautiful steps accompanied by her niece.
The ceremonial entry was with phoolon ki chadar, the floral canopy held by brothers and grandparents, and with pictures of her departed grandparents
accompanying her. Her aunts held their palms for their beloved girl. Music was a blend of popular Bollywood songs along with Gujarati songs. The stage was open, illuminated by natural lights and with Moroccan poufs and low chairs.
The reception party in the evening was full of surprises and fun. Khushbu’s in-laws put up a surprise performance to welcome her. Her brothers and sisters also danced for her and there was a speech about her childhood given by her sister.
The couple kept it minimal and enjoyed every moment of the ceremonies. It was a thoroughly wonderful event to begin their journey together.

Ronak
As medical school classmates, they were best friends and always stood by each other, no matter what the situation was. However, it was after graduation and during their residency in Philadelphia in 2017 that both Janisha and Ronak began dating each other.
The proposal came after 3 years of dating, in 2020, Ronak proposed to Janisha by giving her a “special version” of the 6th Harry Potter book cut out to a chapter titled “The Unbreakable Vow” with a ring inside. Pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed, Janisha agreed to enter into a new chapter of life with her love Ronak.
Two years of pandemic and lockdowns delayed their wedding. Finally, the date was fixed on June 5, 2022. As both the bride and groom grew up in New Jersey, they wanted the venue close by and The Rockleigh seemed to be the perfect venue for both of them. The duo planned every detail of the wedding and the festivities and so did not hire any wedding planner.

The Grah Shantak was performed at Aashirwad Palace in Rockaway, NJ. The duo celebrated Sangeet together with exquisitely colorful and traditional Garba.
The wedding took place inside and the decorations were in perfect sync with the beautiful chandeliers of the Rockleigh. Both the bride and groom were dressed in white with touches of green. In perfect color coordination, the aisle was decorated with rose petals and tall candles in glass cylinders. The Mandap was decorated with garlands of fresh greenery with off-white and blushcolored flowers.
The groom arrived at his baraat in a convertible Audi R8. There was highly energetic dance to Bollywood music with occasional pop music. This was complemented by an amazing MC and Dhol player. The couple uttered their vows along with the marriage mantras.
The reception was a gala event with all the 400 guests enjoying the dance and music which was a mix of EDM, pop, Latin music, and Bollywood music. The first dance was with “Say you won’t let go” by James Arthur followed by fatherdaughter, mother-son and both the family’s dance performances. During the reception, the Harry Potter book from the engagement was displayed, as well as a box in which Janisha and Ronak asked guests to leave things to do to add to their bucket lists
Both Janisha and Ronak were mesmerized to see each other in their wedding attire. They were so happy to be with each other for the rest of their lives.

& Brindusa Parth
Ashley Strong SmithIt took Parth Dave four long years to begin dating Brindusa (Brin) Dumitrascu. However, with slow but steady effort, Parth ultimately won the heart of his lady love. They met through colleagues and hung out a bit in 2014. They met again in 2018 and began dating.
Contrary to the popular holiday outing proposal in some picturesque place, Parth proposed to Brin by asking if she wanted the two of them to buy a house together. The cat-lover Brin said “Yes,” with approval from her kitten, named Kindle.

The couple decided not to hire a wedding planner and instead made all of the arrangements themselves. It was a cross-cultural marriage, as Brin is Romanian and Parth is Indian. With love and respect for each other’s cultures and traditions, they decided to have an Indian wedding and a western-style reception. Brin, being a beach-lover, found the Ole Hanson Beach Club at San Clemente, Calif., and it seemed the dream location for the wedding. They tied the knot there on February 5, 2022. Among the pre-wedding ceremonies, Mehndi and Pithi were done on February 3 and 4 at their house in Glendora, Calif., with simple floral decorations. The wedding took place in the afternoon on the beach club’s lawn overlooking the ocean. The groom arrived in a Vanderhall Venice along with his family and friends. They all danced their way to the wedding venue, including Parth, who got out of the three-wheeled roadster and joined the dance.

There was a gold mandap, with white and gold chairs for the bride and groom. A white canopy was set up to cover the guests, since it was a warm, sunny day, and the couple wanted everyone to be comfortable. Traditional Indian decorations of gold and red were placed along both sides of the aisle. The bridal party consisted of Brin, her mom and her brothers.
The reception featured a purple and silver color theme. Each table had potted purple orchids and silver candles as centerpieces, as well as gifts for the guests. The sweetheart table was surrounded by different sizes of purple candles and a gold arch stood in the background. The dinner took place outside and there was dancing in a room decorated with purple lights.
The first dance was an Argentine tango called Asi Se Baila El Tango, by Veronica Verdier. The music was a blend of Indian, Romanian and top 40 music, and Parth’s family members put up dance performances. The couple made gifts for each of the wedding guests. Purple and silver necklaces handmade by the bride were gifted to the ladies, while the men received a coaster with a picture taken by Parth in Utah.
Looking at each other in their wedding outfits was a moment of joy for both of them. They happily recall the fun and fond memories of the wedding.

A gift from you to your children this holiday season!
You bought a special box of holiday cookies for the whole family. You see that many are missing when you take it out to share with everyone. So you ask your daughter what happened to the cookies and she denies knowing anything about them. But the crumbs on her shirt say otherwise. You are angered, thinking, “She just ate it! She’s lying! Does she think I don’t know?”
The missing cookies are the least of your problems; you are now concerned about the morality and integrity you were expecting to see in your child. You feel a sense of failure as a parent. To eliminate this unease, you are desperate to teach your child the right behavior, and you proceed to lecture your child. As a result, your child feels disconnected.
If any of this resonates with you, causing you to wonder ‘what should I do instead,’ I would ask you to consider a two-step strategy called accept and reframe. In general, you
should use this strategy only when you are feeling in control or, in other words, your trigger meter is not at its maximum.* This is an effective strategy that can help during problematic struggles. Implementing this strategy is not easy, and I will share why it is not easy later. In any case, this strategy can help you regulate yourself, and it provides an opportunity for connection.
To implement the accept and reframe strategy, you first want to accept your own feelings about the event. Then you might want to try reframing all the negative ideas flooding your mind about your child with generous ones. For instance, in the example above, you might accept what just happened by saying to yourself, ‘I feel disappointed that my daughter ate the cookies and did not admit it.’ As soon as you accept what you are feeling, you will likely regain more control over yourself because you start feeling seen and heard by yourself.
This is when you can move into the second step of using generous reframing, and you might think, ‘It’s possible that my child was probably too tempted and couldn’t wait, so she ate it. She probably realizes that it was not the right thing to do and is afraid to admit it. She knows it would upset me and doesn’t want to lose face in front of me, so she lied.’
Once you have an internal dialogue with a generous reframing of the situation, you start to experience a shift from feeling bitter to feeling more optimistic. In an optimistic frame, you can get creative about how you want to react to this situation. Using play and humor is usually very effective in these situations.
You might say jokingly, ‘Oh no! There’s a cookie monster that lives in our pantry and is gobbling up our cookies! Let us all finish the rest before he gets to it.’ This strategy helps lighten the mood and doesn’t make the child feel blamed or ashamed for his or her actions.
For closure on the matter, you can bring it up, empathize with your child, acknowledge what she might already be feeling, and share your own feelings. It’s important to ensure that your words do not induce guilt or shame. These interactions with our kids must keep their self-esteem intact.
This strategy is not easy to implement, particularly for those who grew up facing harsh consequences for undesirable actions. For many, it is hard to believe that such behaviors can be curbed without providing a harsh consequence. The idea of implementing this strategy also might invoke feelings of being a permissive parent who is spoiling their child.
The truth, however, is that the way to ensure that children grow up with high self-esteem and exhibit values such as honesty and integrity depends on their connection with us. Kids must feel that their parents accept them unconditionally, even when they do not behave as expected.
According to a 2018 article published by Newport Academy, a teen and adolescent mental health treatment center, children who feel unconditionally loved grow up to be morally strong, resilient, curious, and compassionate individuals. On the other hand, adults who have not received unconditional love as children are usually hard on themselves and find it difficult to forgive themselves for their mistakes or accept themselves as they are.
So this holiday season, when your child does something you do not like, give the gift of generous reframing and use this opportunity to connect with your child and reaffirm his or her faith in your unconditional love.
* Parent coaching can help increase your window of tolerance so you can access these strategies more frequently.

Impact of U.S. Tech Layoffs on Foreign Workers
Recently there have been a series of massive layoffs in the U.S. tech sector from companies such as Twitter, Meta, and Amazon. As we know, a significant percentage of workers employed in the hightech and computing fields are foreign, many being from India. Of these terminated foreign workers, most are on some sort of employment-based visa such as an H-1B. Since the H-1B visa (or any work visa) ties you to your current employer sponsor, if you lose your job you also lose your visa and immigration status. To make matters worse, if your family is living with you in the United States, they will also lose their immigration status if you lose your job.
Fortunately, there is a 60-day grace period to sort out your options and look for other immigration solutions. While this is not a lot of time, you need to think about your options as you may have to make some relatively quick decisions. If you were recently laid off while on an H-1B visa, what are your best options to remain in the country?
1. Find a new job: With all the layoffs and the talk of a possible recession, this is easier said than done. Yet if you are one of the lucky ones with a strong C.V. and
whose skills are in great demand, other companies might be willing to scoop you up and sponsor you for a new H-1B visa. Securing new H-1 employment is the best and most logical option for an employment-based visa and you would be able to remain in the U.S. (along with your family) and keep working in H-1B status.
2. Go back to school: Many terminated H-1Bs will hurry at the chance to get a U.S. Master’s degree or a second bachelor’s degree. If you have the funds to pay for school and the background to merit admission, you may want to consider furthering your education/career. Another educational option to consider would be short-term skills training/certification or a language course. Many of these eligible programs have more

3. Change to a visitor visa: If you already have a B-1 or B-2 visa, you can file a change of status from H-1B to B-1. This will only give you a 6-month authorized stay but at least it gives you time to remain in the country, look for a new job, and hopefully, the employment scene will improve enough in the near future. Most people are unaware, but you can remain in the country while your change or status is pending. Sadly, if you do not have a B-1 or B-2 visa, the current wait time for an interview at the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai is an astronomical 999 days (almost 3 years!). New Delhi’s wait is not much better at a colossal 961 days. Unless things change, getting a new visitor visa from India is essentially not a realistic short-term option.
4. Start a business: For non-Indian (and non-Chinese) citizens, if you have the resources and have already considered opening up or investing in a U.S. business, this may be the time. While restrictive, an E-2 visa allows you to invest in the United States and remain here to own and operate your business. Indian citizens are not eligible for E-2 visas but if you were born outside of India or have another passport you may want to look into an E-2.
N/A for Indian Nationals Not realistic for Indian Nationals
Hardest Green Card to obtain
5. Apply for anExtraordinary Ability visa/green card:
a.EB-2 NIW green card: If youwere not born in India, the EB-2 NIW green card may be a viable
option. Having exceptional ability OR an advanced degree, and showing that your job and talents are in the national interest of the United States (National Interest Waiver) could get you a green card even without a job offer/sponsor and going through the lengthy PERM process.
b.O-1 visa: If you have extraordinary ability and can find a company to sponsor you, this can be the quickest option to get a long-term renewable employment visa. The O-1 visa is easier to obtain than the EB-1A green card and does not require PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) but it does not lead to any permanent residence.
c.EB-1 green card: If you were born in India and have an extraordinary ability, the EB-1A green card may be the way to go. Along with the EB-2 NIW, it is one of the most difficult green cards to obtain. Fortunately, the EB-1A also allows you to self-
petition and does not have long green card wait times for Indian Nationals. Therefore if your skills are special enough you can get a green card without looking for a job offer and waiting for PERM in these difficult economic times.
Remember, if you lost your H-1B job, you only have 60 days to lawfully remain in this country without filing a petition to change your status. Whatever you choose to do it is imperative to make your decision
