All desiccant dehumidifiers are composed and created utilizing modern software. The complete 3D model of the dehumidifier which incorporates all parts is the after effect of careful work of outline designers. Making such 3D model permits to assess and to improve the dehumidifier preceding its generation and to prohibit all issues that may emerge later on amid the get together of the hardware.
Metal processing for desiccant dehumidifier
We use only corrosion resistant metals for manufacturing of the desiccant dehumidifiers: stainless steel sheet with thickness of 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm; AluZinc steel sheet with thickness of 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm.
Laser Cutting The sheet steel for the case of dehumidifiers is cut on a German laser machine. It allows to cut the sheet of sizes up to 1500 Ă— 3000 mm.
