Every woman deserves to look great and feel good about herself, however, with time constraints and juggling a hectic schedule this may be difficult. These 20-minute solutions can help you get into shape; especially after spending a tedious day at work. This quick home workout routine is designed to improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. It is also great for toning the body. “Every time you exercise, be conscious of your body posture in order to prevent any injuries to your joints or muscles.” Raveena Sandhu, instructor. Here are a few simple exercises for you to follow: JOGGING IN PLACE: three minutes Focus on simple, light jogging on the spot. This is to gently warm you up for a few minutes before the main exercise. JUMPING JACKS: 50 repeats Stand straight with your feet together. torso from the floor, so that your abdominal muscles contract. Maintain this position for a second before you lower yourself to the mat. HIP BRIDGES: 10 repeats Lie on your back with your arms flat on the mat, while your palms face downwards. Keep only the heels of your feet touching the floor, then lift your hips up as far as you can. Raise one foot up off the mat, bringing it parallel to the rest of your body. Repeat with the other leg. The muscles you work out are your lower back, hamstring and gluteus. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER: one minute Get down on your hands and knees. Assume a sprinter’s position. Run on the spot, supporting your upper body with the palms of your hands. Remember to keep your back straight. Several muscles are worked out here, including your triceps, deltoid muscles, gluteus, quads, hamstrings and calves. In addition to these exercises, 15 pushups and squat thrusts for five minutes would be helpful. Attempt to do 20 minutes, three times a week, increasing it steadily. Eating a balanced diet will only ensure you get into shape sooner. Also, refrain from working out on a full stomach,” Most importantly, be sure to check with your doctor before you begin any fitness program.

ONE ON ONE New Delhi, Dec 5 (IANS) At the peak of her career, Bollywood's marquee actress Priyanka Chopra changed track to explore the world of music - only to emerge as a winner. And now she has ventured into film production. Describing her activities as "unique", she said she doesn't follow a path but creates her own.

— By Sugandha Rawal

Everything I do is sort of unique and I hate being clubbed as 'oh celebrities' (Interview) "I am not an ordinary star. Everything I do is sort of unique and I hate being clubbed as 'oh celebrities'," Priyanka told in an interview. "I have a very unique personality. I like to do things which I want to do and I don't know whether these things will turn out to be good or bad. But everything that I have done has been very unique to me. I don't follow a path, I create my own," Priyanka added, looking chic in a white dress. Her showbiz journey started with being crowned Miss India and going on to win the Miss World title at the age of 17, followed by her Bollywood debut in 2003 with "The Hero: Love Story of a Spy".

After that, there was no looking back as she mastered the art of delivering the unexpected. However, planning for the future is not Priyanka's style. "I never knew I will become an actor or a singer or a producer. Things just happened as I evolved. So, I can't say when I will do what," said the 32-year-old. For Priyanka, 2014 was good largely due to the success of her sport-based film "Mary Kom". "It's been a great year. I started off with 'Gunday' and then 'Mary Kom'. The business that 'Mary Kom', a female-led film, did is huge. For me, the biggest victory with 'Mary Kom' was it's numbers on the opening weekend. "Female films start with small numbers and make Rs.50 or Rs.60 crore in two months, but that was not the case for 'Mary Kom'. It's a huge step," the actress said. The actress is now prepping up for her Zoya Akhtar's "Dil Dhadakne Do" and "Bajirao Mastani". Priyanka, who was recently in the capital to support the Girl Rising campaign, says women empowerment is seeping into the film industry, but slowly.

steps and saying, 'Okay the film will be on my shoulders' . When I did 'Fashion' everybody thought I was mad, but it proved a point that female-led films, if are good films, will be seen. "We might not make Rs.200 or 300 crore but it is a beginning. It will take some time but we will get there," the actress said. Priyanka doesn't just exude optimism but is working towards it. She says along with the Clean India campaign, she is working on her own 'abhiyan' (campaign). "I hope to do more such (women-centric) films so that the generation after me is not afraid to take films which are on their shoulders and girls get parts that make them as relevant as boys. So it's my own 'abhiyan'," the actress said.

"We live in an extremely maledominated world and slowly it's changing. For instance, actresses used to get roles with three songs and 12 scenes. I personally have tried to move away from such films, but every girl doesn't get such an opportunity. "Female actors are even afraid to do that because it is easier to do a film with a boy and share the credit," she said. The success of women-centric films like "Mardaani", "Queen" and "Mary Kom" proves that a wave of change has set its foot in Bollywood. "It is so great to see actresses now coming and taking those

New Delhi (IANS) From sprucing up the furniture with cushions and pillows to painting an entire wall of a room in this colour, there are plenty of ways to incorporate marsala, the hottest shade of the season, in your home space.



Alternatively, a dining table cover in marsala can also do the trick. The color also exudes sophistication enough to be the ideal backdrop for a night of entertaining friends.



A bright marsala-kissed rug or curtains can heighten the visual appeal of an otherwise simple room. Marsala goes very well with bronze or walnut-colored bedposts and night tables. Curtains or rugs in marsala with subtle gold embroidery will drape your room in elegance and style.



The kitchen is another great place to play around with marsala because of its nurturing and fulfilling appeal. Appliances, kitchen slabs or cupboards in this wine-kissed color can completely transform the look of the happiest room of the home. If you want only a minimal touch of the trendy shade, go in for a marsala kitchen splash back.



When it comes to home decor, colors such as grey, golden yellow, cobalt, turquoise and lighter hues of green can be paired creatively with marsala. To add opulence and fashion in one solid statement, create a beige or dull-gold theme with marsala across the interiors of your home.

It will lend an elegant yet natural earthiness to your abode. The vintage wine red colour was announced as ‘The Colour of the Year’ by Pantone Color Institute last month. FabFurnish.com, an online Indian furniture and interior decoration retailer, has given tips on ways to use the hue in the colour palette of your homes. Here’s how: 



Go for decoratives such as vases, candle holders and photo frames in marsala. This way, you’ll be able to use this color to give the perfect definition to your interiors. A lamp shade or even a clock in this color will add the right amount of warmth and charm to any space. Marsala makes for an excellent choice for an accent wall, especially in the dining room. It has an organic air and is known to be a stimulant for the appetite. 16

LOVE PRESCRIPTION

New Delhi (IANS) Why should only women cook and do the laundry, asks actress‐entrepreneur Shilpa Shetty, who feels men should contribute equally to household chores to ease out a woman's responsibilities. She also feels this give and take goes a long way into a happily ever after. Shilpa, who is married to businessman Raj Kundra, credits her husband for helping her out in household work whenever needed and thereby maintaining a balanced life. "There is lot of give and take needed in a relationship and that's how it works. That makes the relationship interesting," Shilpa told over phone from Mumbai. "There are a lot of men who do the laundry and I would like to say that Raj is one of those men. Whenever we travel abroad, where we don't have any help, we help ourselves. There is nothing to feel sorry about," said the mother of son Viaan, who will turn two later this year. "I would want my son to help his partner when he is a grown -up man," she said. 18

DESI EXPRESS MAGAZINE

Shilpa's stand comes in reaction to a Nielsen India Survey, supported by Ariel India , conducted on Indian households across five cities which revealed that more than two-thirds of Indian women feel the existence of inequality between men and women at home. She says it is upsetting how Indian society teaches girls - but not boys - to learn skills like cooking and doing the laundry. "I just think that one need to also condition young boys and that's when you will have a new and brighter India," she said. The 39-year-old, who has been married for over five years, salutes "all women who are homemakers". "I'm not a feminist but a responsible woman. I salute all the women who are homemakers and I think that's the most difficult job. There is no day off. Women are not only going out and earning bread and butter but also looking after the family," she said. To cite an example of a woman's quandary, Shilpa said: "Cooking is difficult for all the men. I love to cook and I cook in a while, but if I am made to cook every day, that will get on my nerves. So, if men can help in something as small as the laundry, then why not?" she added. Shilpa may be a celebrity to the outside world, but at heart, she says, she's still the girl who comes from a middle class background and has seen her father helping her mother in household work. "I've seen both my parents work really hard...my dad used to do the house's laundry. When we were young, the washing machine was just introduced, so I remember my dad waiting for the weekend only to help my mother do the laundry," said the actress, whose association with Bollywood goes back to almost two decades. During her film career, she delivered hits including "Main Khiladi Tu Anari", "Dhadkan" and "Life... in a Metro". Not only in India, she gained international recognition after featuring and winning Britain's "Big Brother" reality show in 2007. Besides, she is also running her IOSIS spa and wellness chain and, to top it all, she is even a film producer.

BEAUTY SECRETS As the cold weather continues, several skin problems also usher in. And one of the common complaints during winters is dryness and cracked, chapped skin especially in the feet area, as they are more exposed and often neglected. Feet are sometimes severely affected due to the dry and cold weather. And with the nip in the air, comes along a set of foot complaints. Hence attention to your feet is very important. Experts talk about solution to curb and treat your foot woes. “Winter is a problematic weather for feet. Select a cream, which has natural ingredients like honey and turmeric. Avoid dryness, and wash feet with warm water. Do not soak you feet in water for long, as it takes away the natural oils. At night, apply Vaseline or warm coconut oil to your feet and wear socks overnight. Use pumice stone to remove dead skin every day,” says skin expert Mamtaa Joshi, of the Orangetree Studio.

Ignoring the impact of winter for even just a few days can leave your feet with dry skin as scratchy as sandpaper, especially during festive events when it needs to glow.

Home care along with regular pedicure can help avoid cracked feet. Says dermatologist Tejaswini of Ethnic Salon, “Apply sesame oil and sunflower oil every night before sleeping. Also, moisturize your feet as they are exposed to dust, dirt, grime and so on. With pedicures too, instead of the regular or aroma, one should opt for brightening and moisturizing pedicure every 15 days.” Baby oil is light and helps moisturize well. Hence using it on a daily basis will help avoid cracked heels. “For winter care of your feet, regular use of foot creams at night and regular pedicures with moisturizing products keep the dryness at bay. Nowadays, paraffin treatments are easily available and help combat dryness and cracked heels,” adds an expert at Nalini’s salon.

deduction that reduces your taxable income, and is 10 percent of the cost of building materials for items such as insulation, new water heaters, or a wood pellet stove. In late December Congress finally took action, passing the tax extender bill, officially known as the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014 (H.R. 5771), which was signed into law by President Obama. The good news is that these tax provisions are retroactive to January 1, 2014. The bad news is that they expired on December 31, 2014. Even so, you might be able to take advantage of them when you file your 2014 tax return. Let's take a look at some of the tax provisions most likely to affect taxpayers when filing their 2014 tax returns. 1. Teachers' Deduction for Certain Expenses Primary and secondary school teachers buying school supplies out-of-pocket may be able to take an above-the-line deduction of up to $250 for unreimbursed expenses. An above the line deduction means that it can be taken before calculating adjusted gross income. 2. State and Local Sales Taxes Taxpayers that pay state and local sales tax can deduct the amounts paid on their federal tax returns (instead of state and local income taxes)--as long as they itemize. In other words, if you're thinking of buying a big ticket item such as a boat or car and live in a state with sales tax, you might want to think about buying it this year. 3. Mortgage Insurance Premiums Mortgage insurance premiums (PMI) are paid by homeowners with less than 20 percent equity in their homes. These premiums were deductible in tax years 2012, 2013, and once again in 2014; however, this tax break ended on December 31, 2014. Whether it will be extended for 2015 is unknown. Mortgage taxpayers who itemize are not affected. AFZAL MITHWANI CPA, EA, PFS (P) 770-817-7000 (Q) 770-817-7001 afzal@univisioncpa.com

4. Exclusion of Discharge of Principal Residence Indebtedness Typically, forgiven debt is considered taxable income in the eyes of the IRS; however, this tax provision, which was extended through and expired at the end of 2014, allows homeowners whose homes have been foreclosed on or subjected to short sale to exclude up to $2 million of cancelled mortgage debt. Also included are taxpayers seeking debt modification on their home. 5. Distributions from IRAs for Charitable Contributions Taxpayers who are age 70 1/2 or older can donate up to $100,000 in distributions from their IRA to charity. Some people do not want to take the mandatory minimum distributions (which are counted as income) upon reaching this age and instead can contribute it to charity, using it as a strategy to lower income enough to take advantage of other tax provisions with phase out limits. 6. Parity for Mass Transit Fringe Benefits This tax extender allows commuters who used mass transit in 2014 to exclude from income (up to $250 per month), transit benefits paid by their employers such as monthly rail or subway passes, making it on par with parking benefits (also up to $250 pre-tax). Like the other tax extenders, this provision expired at the end of last year (2014). In 2015, pre-tax benefits for mass transit commuters drop to a maximum of $130 per month, while parking benefits remain at $250. 7. Energy Efficient Improvements If you made your home more energy efficient in 2014, now is the time to take advantage of this tax credit on your 2014 tax return. The credit reduces your taxes as opposed to a

Note: This tax is cumulative, so if you've taken the credit in any tax year since 2006, you will not be able to take the full $500 tax credit this year. If, for example, you took a credit of $300 in 2012, the maximum credit you could take this year is $200. 8. Qualified Tuition and Expenses The deduction for qualified tuition and fees, extended through 2014, is an above-the-line tax deduction, which means that you don't have to itemize your deductions to claim the expense. Taxpayers with income of up to $130,000 (joint) or $65,000 (single) can claim a deduction for up to $4,000 in expenses. Taxpayers with income over $130,000 but under $160,000 (joint) and over $65,000 but under $80,000 (single) can take a deduction up to $2,000; however, taxpayers with income over those amounts are not eligible for the deduction. Qualified education expenses are defined as tuition and related expenses required for enrollment or attendance at an eligible educational institution. Related expenses include studentactivity fees and expenses for books, supplies, and equipment as required by the institution. 9. Donation of Conservation Property Also extended through 2014 was a tax provision that allowed taxpayers to donate property or easements to a local land trust or other conservation organization and receive a tax break. 10. Small Business Stock If you invested in a small business such as a start-up C-corporation in 2014, consider taking advantage of this tax provision on your 2014 tax return. If you held onto this stock for five years, you can exclude 100 percent of the capital gains-in other words, you won't be paying any capital gains. If you waited until January 2015 however, you will only be able to exclude 50 percent of the capital gains.

ANTICIPATED ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATING TO BUSINESS IMMIGRATION L-1B Guidance: For several years, DHS has been working on guidance on the definition of specialized knowledge. It is expected that in the coming months this guidance will be issued. Revisions to Adjustment of Status: The process for allowing individuals who are the beneficiaries of approved I-140 petitions to file for adjustment will be amended by regulation, to be proposed by USCIS, with a proposal hopefully to be published by spring and a final rule by the end of 2015. The new adjustment regulations would reflect revisions to how the State Department uses the Visa Bulletin these underlying changes can be implemented by State without regulation. Allowing more sponsored workers to file for adjustment gives the workers and their families’ portability and allows employers to make employment, promotion, and assignment decisions without worrying about staying within the confines of the long-ago filed Labor Certification and treats these sponsored workers like the high potential individuals that lead to their hire. This will not be a “preregistration” process, since a regular I-485 Adjustment will be filed, and will not be “early filing” because the Visa Bulletin will permit the filings. STEM Students: The Administration is expected to publish proposed rules in the spring that would: (a) increase the number of years that STEM graduates can remain in the US under post-completion optional practical training (OPT) this would be for F-1 students earning degrees at US universities in STEM fields, and (b) allow individuals whose first college degree is in STEM but second degree (like MBAs with undergraduate engineering degrees) to also qualify for STEM OPT. It might be considered to propose that dual intent be recognized for F-1 students in this same NPRM, but this has not been decided. It is likely the proposed rule will require that the post-completion relationship will be strengthened between F-1 students and their universities. In addition, it is possible that the STEM field list might be expanded such expansion can be done by ICE under its current regulation. Entrepreneurs: There will be policy guidance issued that will allow “researchers, inventors, and founders” to qualify for National Interest Waivers under the Employment-Based Second Preference category. It is not clear how much that will help existing companies who are creating new jobs with research and development efforts. In addition, a regulation will be promulgated identifying criteria that entrepreneurs might satisfy to either be paroled into the US or be granted parole in-place (if they are already here). Note that individuals in the US under parole may not adjust status in the US to green card through Employment Based preferences, but also through family immigration. H-4 Dependents: DHS hopes to publish a final rule soon regarding work authorization for the spouses of H‑1B workers being sponsored for green cards. It is not known whether the final rule will be broader than the NPRM published in May of this year. PERM regulation will be revised: DOL will go through a process to

30

DESI EXPRESS MAGAZINE

streamline the PERM process, ultimately leading to an NPRM. Presidential Memorandum on visa modernization: A “PM process” will be undertaken with a timeline of 120 or 180 days to further consider recapture and various other issues, including small but meaningful changes to a variety of immigration rules and procedures at the Departments of State, Commerce, Education, Agriculture and Homeland Security, along with SBA. Interagency cooperation on worksite enforcement: ICE coordination with DOL will be strengthened regarding worksite enforcement, along with ensuring better cooperation between ICE worksite enforcement and DOJ (Office of Special Counsel), the NLRB, and the EEOC. AC21: “Same or similar” will be clarified. Enforcement/ Border Security Announcements Enforcement Priorities. Many of the existing memos on enforcement priorities and prosecutorial discretion will be replaced by a new memo that will name three enforcement priorities, operational immediately: a.

Suspected terrorists, convicted felons (including aggravated felonies), convicted gang members, and people apprehended on the border;

b.

People convicted of serious or multiple misdemeanors, and very recent entrants (i.e., those who entered after 1/1/14);

c.

Those who, after 1/1/14, failed to leave under a removal order or returned after removal.

The memo will contain “strong language” on using prosecutorial discretion appropriately. While most other memos on the subject will be rescinded, the victims of crime memo and the USCIS memo on issuance of NTAs will stand. Border Security. The Secretary of DHS will announce a South Border “command and control” campaign to coordinate and better use resources at the border. State and Local. Secure Communities will be discontinued and replaced by a Priority Enforcement Program (PEP). What it means that Secure Communities will be discontinued is unclear. Unclear if they will stop fingerprinting people and unplug the technology and interoperability of the federal and local databases. Detainers will be discontinued for all except national security cases. Instead of detainers, there will be a request for notification when a law enforcement entity is about to release a convicted criminal. Nothing on family detention will be included in this package. No changes to Operation Streamline which targets immigration entry and reentry for federal prosecution.

(Photo: IANS/PIB) New Delhi (IANS) Recalling the historic address of Swami Vivekananda, US President Barack Obama Tuesday won over his audience by referring to them as "sisters and brothers of India" and said he firmly believes America can be India's "best partner" and together the two nations can bring more prosperity to their people. In his final engagement in India, before flying to Riyadh and then home, the US president addressed a town hall-style meeting in Siri Fort auditorium, where he said: "India and the US are not just natural partners, I believe that America can be India's best partner, I believe that." Addressing an invited gathering of young people, civil society and diplomats, the US president reached out to the audience with many Hindi words like "Namastey", "Dhanyavad" and even some references to Bollywood films, which had the crowd ecstatic. He said he was "absolutely convinced" that when both the democracies stand together they can produce more jobs,

opportunities and prosperity for their people. "I believe that," he said. Recalling the historic address of Swami Vivekananda, Obama began his town hall meeting with the invocation "sisters and brothers of India" and talked about how the philosopher-sage introduced Hinduism and yoga to America in a city that was his hometown. He recalled Swami Vivekananda and his famous speech in Chicago, exactly 100 years ago, where he addressed the gathering as "sisters and brothers of America" and said he was going to address the audience likewise. Obama struck a personal chord with the mainly youthful crowd, saying he was very impressed with the daredevilry of the motorcycle contingent riding Royal Enfield bikes and wished he could ride a bike too. "But the Secret Service does not let me ride motor cycles," he said, and also remarked that he cannot dance as well as his wife Michelle. In a speech where he touched on the need for India and the US to work together on climate change, on how the US can partner India in its growth story, in defence cooperation and becoming partners in the security of the Asia-Pacific region, the American president also stressed on the need for the government to uphold the freedom of religion written in the constitution of both the FOR ADVERTISING CALL 404-246-3256

He said the US wants to partner India in its infrastructure push, building ports, bullet trains, smart cities and "develop technology that we do with closest allies" and also touched on cooperation in tackling terrorism. In the beginning, Neha Buch, a young representative of Indian NGO Prabha, introduced Obama to the audience as a man who is known for his empathy with common people. He connected with the audience by talking about his own humble roots which he said were in many ways similar to the roots of the Indian prime minister. "If the grandson of a cook can become president, and the tea seller can become the prime minister, so can young people from the humblest of origins dare to dream big and realize their aspirations," he said to loud cheers and applause. He also talked about the importance of women in society and said a "nation is successful when its women are successful", a remark which again drew strong applause.

He talked about how impressed he was with the "incredible women in (India's) armed forces" that he witnessed at the Republic Day parade Monday and also mentioned about the women officer - Wing Commander Pooja Thakur of the Indian Air Force - who led the guard of honor at Rashtrapati Bhavan at his official welcoming ceremony. He also stressed the right to freedom of individuals to profess, practice and propagate religion and said it was important for India with its multiplicity of faith to uphold this fundamental right. Obama said for India it will be more important to uphold the fundamental freedom of religion as, with its diversity, it was an example for the rest of the world. "Nowhere is it more important than in India... nowhere is it going to be more necessary that the foundational value be upheld. India will succeed so long as it is not splintered along lines of religious faith, splinter along any lines and it is unified as one nation; and all Indians whatever their faith go to the movies and applaud actors like Shah Rukh Khan or athletes like Milkha Singh and Mary Kom," he said. Obama recounted how in his last visit in 2010 he had visited Humayun's Tomb and met the families of some labourers working there. The little son of one of them, Vishal, is today a 16-year old, he said, and added he was happy to note that Vishal today studies and dreams of joining the armed forces "an example of the talent that is here". The teenager and his family were in the auditorium at the special invitation of the US president. Ahead of his speech, Obama and his wife met Nobel Peace prize winner Kailash Satyarthi at the auditorium as well as some of the NGOs. WHAT’S YOUR RASHI?

FEBRUARY 2015 Libra: September 23 to October 22. At times you feel torn between your social obligations and the people and activities that bring great joy into your life. A partner is able to help you create balance between the two. Your health or a work situation is still causing concern, but you could find that the solution is at home. Maybe you get involved in a home-based fitness routine or you start telecommuting. Either way, look towards your home and private life for solutions to fitness and work related stressors.

Aries: March 21 to April 20. You are beginning to feel a deep desire to have fun, explore, travel, play, get involved in something bigger than yourself. You still have some issues concerning battles between facts and feelings, the rules and compassion, dogma and spirituality, etc. You are questioning religious, political, cultural, academic, legal, and/or media-related beliefs. But your social skills are in top form and you are a very charismatic and intelligent individualist at this time. You could have fun doing your own thing, but you have more fun including others in your adventures.

Scorpio: October 23 to November 22. You are really quite productive and able to get a lot done at home and at work. Your fitness, financial, residential, and professional goals are all progressing forward in a strong and positive manner and you feel that you have everything under control. You are also able to find time to play and hang out with loved ones. There is still some issue with playtime activities and luxury spending clashing with your financial goals, but you are doing so great at keeping your household budget in line and you are working hard towards achieving your goals, so you will probably be able to bounce back from any financial difficulties rather easily.

Taurus: April 21 to May 20. The professional, social, and financial areas of your life are all progressing wonderfully as long as you do not mix your social life with your finances. Group activities, networking, and the Internet are clashing with your long-term financial goals. You could also find that your love life is negatively impacted by these same activities. There is also a tug of war between your private life and your professional goals, but you are able to follow your heart and your intuition to find a lovely balance between the two. Gemini: May 21 to June 20. Despite the ongoing financial, romantic, and trust oriented issues involving your social life or the Internet, you are still having a wonderful time engaging in these relationships. You are learning a lot, broadening your horizons, laughing, bonding, and/or creating some excellent business opportunities with these people. Most of the time, your partner is in favor of these gatherings and is gladly accompanying you.

Sagittarius : November 23 to December 21. You are still getting angry about something or someone in your home or private life. However, you can throw money at the problem and that seems to help. You are also able to enjoy plenty of fun and leisure time activities, so it is not as if the dramas at home are distracting you from other things that you love. This is a great time to travel with loved ones, explore other cultures, take fascinating college classes, fall in love with people who were raised in cultures quite different from your own, learn exotic new hobbies, open your mind to other people’s points of view, and find ways to have fun while broadening your horizons. Capricorn – December 22 through January 20. You have a lot of financial and residential blessings this month. It is a good time for working on household budgets, negotiating mortgages and rental contracts, and for working in home-based businesses or maybe even in a home-focused industry such as furniture, landscaping, elder care, etc. You are unhappy about someone or something in your home or private life, but you have the finances and the creativity to implement solutions rather than just sitting around complaining about it.

Cancer: June 21 to July 22. Both of your financial sectors take turns working beautifully with your success and leadership sector. This is an excellent time for you to be focusing on your financial and professional goals. You could also find that you are able to accomplish some of your health and fitness related goals. Leo: July 23 to August 22. You are mostly focused on your romantic and financial partnerships this month. Sometimes that means you are battling within these partnerships and at other times the two of you are doing amazingly well together. Luckily, you are flexible and able to roll with it either way. As the month progresses, the two of you are becoming more interested in traveling, relocating, academia, politics, religious activities, and/ or mass media related projects. It is a great time for expanding your horizons. Virgo: August 23 to September 22. You are able to forge a new romantic, social, or business partnership. You could also recommit to a preexisting partnership or the two of you could launch some new goal or project together. You have a lot of positive energy promoting romantic and financial security within your home and private life. A partner is still upset about something or someone within your home or private life, but you have a lot of good energy between the two of you, so hopefully, things are smoothing over.

Aquarius: January 20 to February 20. You and a partner or rival have been disagreeing a lot lately, but this month the two of you have an opportunity to work things out. You can talk to each other and come to some mutually satisfying agreements. You are extremely persuasive this month and could probably sell just about anything to anyone. You are charming, smart, and a gifted speaker. * All astrological predictions are to be considered friendly advice based on the author’s personal opinions and used for entertainment purposes only. Pisces: February 19 to March 20. The area of your chart that governs your personal wealth and your sense of self-worth is working beautifully at various times with your work, success, and emotional well-being sectors. You still cannot mix finances with social activities or the Internet, but you can make a lot of progress towards achieving your financial goals as long as you keep the two separate.
