Returns

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Banbury Postiche within 24 hours of receipt.

If any item is unsuitable or damaged, please call our Customer Service Team. Unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days and will incur a 10% handling charge.

For security, we will call you back to confirm your order and request your credit/debit card details.
