Pancotto rape e fagioli
pane raffermo, cime di rapa, aglio, olio, peperoncino, fagioli precotti
I tocchetti di pane raffermo e si fanno saltare in padella in olioevo fino a diventare croccanti. A parte si fa un soffritto con aglioe peperoncino. Dopo aver rimosso l’aglio si aggiungono le rapeprecedentemente lessate e si fa insaporire tutto per 10 minuti. Siaggiungono i fagioli bianchi, preferibilmente i tondini, e si mescolaper altri 10 minuti. Infine, si aggiungono i tocchetti di pane. Servirecaldo, con un filo d’olio evo crudo.
